We loved our stay at Jamie’s place! Jamie was so helpful and kind, and the place itself was better than photos can show. It’s cozy and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with a lot of hidden gems! The drive into the city wasn’t bad at all. We really appreciated the playroom in the house, it kept our toddler busy!

House was very cozy and clean!! Jamie has everything you need. She was also very sweet! Will definitely stay again!

Jamie is so friendly! This place is super cute and cozy! Love the front porch area for 420 purposes! Close to a shopping area with multiple thrift stores and coffee shops! If we come back to Chicago we would 100% stay here again! Thanks Jamie!!!

We stayed at Jamie’s place for 10 nights and everything was great! Nice and clean and Jamie checked in with me a couple times to see if we needed anything.

It was an okay experience. It was cozy but there are certainly things that can be improved. To begin with, there was no control of thermostat, controlling temperature is a necessity, i woke up with a sore throat because the night got too cold. The iron was not working, it was not heating up after 10 mins, i could touch it with my hand. If people have plans and need quick ironing it can be an issue. Lastly, the sofa is a bit uncomfortable. It felt like it will fall off. It would have been a great experience otherwise due to location, the cozy experience and how homey it felt.

We were a group of five and the apartment was comfortable hosting the group. Everything you need was there and Jamie, the host, was very helpful, friendly and always available. As a host ourselves we appreciate her attention to detail like checking on us during our stay. The only 'downside' to our booking were the high hostess fees and mandotory non-refundable insurance. Our stay was comfortable and we can recommend it to other guests.

Jamie was an incredible host, she was very communicative and welcoming. The property is adorable and well appointed and in a great location!

Not super dog friendly with the stairs. But besides that. It was amazing. Also, we had issues with the dog fee. It was confusing and we had the pop up dog fee. Jamie was nice and reimbursed us for it. It was so nice.

Jamie was nice and professional with our stay. Wonderful spot in the city and easy to get around. She recommended some good pizza and good public transportation options. The place itself is comfy and clean and upkept.

Hostess was very attentive. Some would say almost that overbearing motherly figure but all in all weekend was great. House was beautiful. Just the get away we needed.

Jamie is friendly and accommodating. She puts effort into trying to make sure guests have what they need. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the basics (other than a dishwasher), plus a few extras. The neighborhood was nice and we didn't have any problems with noise at night.

Parked at unit & Ubered to Cubs game and back. Loved unit and location, close to anything you want. Bed so comfy & loved amenities provided. Loved the whole Lincoln square area, shopping,food, music. I will be back!

Would recommend this to anyone it was very clean very quiet, Jamie did a wonderful job communicating and making sure we enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 2 nights and had our two dogs with she provided a kennel and had a dog bed and everything if your looking for a quiet place for a weekend still located in a very good spot check out Jamie’s place

Nice and quiet neighborhood close to everywhere we needed. Jamie was easy to talk to and down to earth, the unit was clean and exactly what we expected. Jamie was approachable and easily available if we felt we had questions or needed suggestions.

We had a great stay here in December. Communication was great and the property owner was very nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend this location. We will definitely return on our next trip if it’s available.

My wife and I stayed with our two dogs and felt very welcome. Our host took great care to welcome us at check in and walked us through the apartment. She also made certain to check back with us during our stay to be sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was supplied to feel completely at home. We would definitely stay again when we visit the Chicago area.

My now wife and I met in person for the first time like a mile from this place. We didn’t even realize it until we drove past it. And it only added to how special this place was. Awesome pictures of the city on the walls, the layout of the apartment is so cozy and inviting, from entrance to bed. And the host, everything you would want from someone sharing their home with you. Super personable and attentive. This place will always be at the top for when we go back as a group to the city.

Jamie let me get in a good bit early as my plane was early. She was super kind, incredibly friendly and accommodating and also totally not intrusive at all!! Really really fair price for what you get it’s 3 sleepable rooms nice lil kitchen with lots of stuff if you need it and Supper clean modern bathroom.. 2-3 friendly couples could share this space and really save a ton of money in Chicago and still be comfortable.

The neighborhood is great and the VRBO rental was clean and comfortable. Very neat vintage decor and a record player with records to play was right up our ally. I'd prefer a door code and written instructions to an in-person check in. It was slightly awkward. Otherwise no complaints at all!
