Cozy Comfort with Balcony and Garage

My husband and I, a long with our small dog stayed here 3 nights. Everything was as described and we would stay here again.

We were here for my 3 year olds treatments from out of state! The location was perfect in a great area! It was nice to be able to come back to an apartment for 2 weeks versus a hotel! My only complaint is if you have toddlers, (we had a 3 year old & 1 year old) just know the neighbor downstairs works from home & will hit the ceiling repeatedly because of the kiddos playing or dancing to Ms. Rachel! Other than that, it was a great experience!

This property is absolutely perfect for what we want. We like to be able to cook for ourselves and not eat out all the time so having access to a full kitchen is great. The unit is nicely decorated and feels like a home away from home. Being here in the winter time, having the garage stall that allows access directly into the first floor of the building, and not having to go back outside, was very nice

Came to town to visit older grandparents at the village cooperative not too far away, this was a great location. It was close to shopping, and really great food. The condo was very well kept and had everything we needed that we didn’t already pack for ourselves. Clear instructions left for guests upon arriving and checking out is done with ease.

We enjoyed our stay. Garage for use. Only complaint is cleaning including taking trash out, gathering all used fabrics, sweeping and mopping is a part of the agreement. Seems a little too pricey for having to do that

Property was private, but close to everything at the same time. We were there 11 nights, it was well equipped and very comfortable. The host was readily available to answer questions. We were extremely grateful for the semi-attached garage so we did not have to go out in the cold to get to our vehicle. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if in the area.

The owner of this clean well-maintained property is friendly and very responsive. We climbed a set of stairs to the 2nd floor. We were pleasantly surprised that our stay was quiet and relaxing. The king bed and pillows are very comfortable. The owners provide great TV service and convenient amenities. There’s a balcony that offers a relaxing view. You can catch a beautiful sunrise in the a.m. and enjoy a nice walk right from the property. There’s very low traffic close to this property. We explored other places within 15-30 minutes of this property walking, biking and hiking in the relaxing countryside. This is a great location for outdoor things to do. There’s also plenty of places to eat and shop. We drove south 30 minutes and visited the covered-bridges of Madison County and walked around the charming small town of Winterset. We have stayed in many VRBO and Airbnd properties, this is definitely a 5 star.
