This is our third stay, and we will continue booking this location! We love the convenient location and quiet neighborhood.

The VRBO was as expected, a sweet lil, cozy spot... a very nice respite from a lot of walking around the city. The host was super responsive which was especially great because when we wanted to do a load of laundry (later in the evening) and had questions about that, and they responded within minutes. I would love to stay here again.

Nicely updated space and the area/neighborhood was great! A little smaller than I expected, but it worked for the 2 of us. Was very nice to have washer/dryer and kitchen. Host was very accommodating and good communication!

Had a great stay! This vrbo is clean, comfortable, and in a really cool area. The hosts are super communicative an friendly.

Loved the Nest thermostat so we could adjust temps easily. Gas stove was great & we had all the pots, pans and most of the utensils we needed. Loads of towels of all sizes and blankets & pillow selection too - really nice! Desk, chair, study lamp, and white noise machine were provided. Comms with hosts were super fast and all minor requests were quickly accommodated. Location to public transport and pictures exactly as shown, very truthful vrbo listing! Now to the subjective things I look for...shower head was rainfall style with 4 pressure settings, one of which was decently forceful but a small spray pattern; the beds both have that center depression commented in other reviews...you do get wallowed into the beds but they were comfortable enough (i prefer soft beds). I grew up in a two-story house so I rolled my eyes at the few reviews complaining about the noise upstairs. But as a light sleeper (who always brings a speaker with nature sounds to cover up noise and help me stay asleep) I must admit that i didn't enjoy getting woken up between 7 and 7:30 every morning by the creaking floorboards and forceful strides above me. If you're a deep sleeper or get up early anyway, shouldn't affect you. The 1-ply TP comments are still true! We went straight to nearby Osco to get TP and laundry detergent. And it appears they allow guests to self-police kitchen cleanliness cuz I had to hand-wash everything and some stuff had caked-on food. I wish there were hooks for jackets and towels.

We did not use the laundry. The location was great. Only 2 1/2 blocks to the pink l line, so very convenient. There is a small convenience store only a couple of blocks away and a liquor store within walking distance. The apartment is kind of small, but the location outweighs the size of the apartment. It was clean and well taken care of. We were happy with it.

Great place at a fair price with great attentive hosts. Great communication. Easy check in/out. Wonderful location with a ton of culture, just a very beautiful neighborhood. Quick & easy access (walking distance) to all transit systems. Many local restaurants and merchants also within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed for three nights and it had all we needed. Comfy beds, tons of bath towels and a great iron! We slept very well even through the fun fireworks on 4th of July. The space felt very cozy, and dare I say, quiet! It was clean and superseded all of our expectations. The neighborhood was also nice, walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

Hosts were great. We had everything we needed and the place was very nice. Short/easy Uber ride to everything downtown. Would definitely recommend.

About 30 min from ORD (no traffic) and 20 min outside the city. worked out great to see Beyoncé at Solider Field

This place was so cute and accommodating. It had absolutely everything we needed and the washer and dryer was super convenient!! Would recommend to everyone.

If available, this is our favorite when visiting Chicago. Nice space, great neighborhood, and easy access to the “L”.

The listing is accurate, and we enjoyed our stay! One bonus is the shower pressure was great (not always the case!) in addition to everything everyone else has mentioned. We would stay here again!

7 minute walk from Metra, about 15 minutes from downtown Chicago. There is NO hot tub, though. It's listed in the amenities but I asked and the owner was honest in telling me there wasn't one. Great communica

The apartment was perfect for our family for a weekend getaway. Amenities (transportation, dining, etc) were nearby and Gabriel made sure we had everything we needed.

Great neighborhood, comfortable apartment, and easy L-train access. Parking isn't great, but much better than most of Chicago.

Place was cozy with many daily conveniences available (laundry, stove, full size fridge). Location was in the heart of some amazing food and close to the metro making travel around the city easy! Would certainly stay here again.

Great location - convenient to two L-stops, large park down the street, and good, inexpensive restaurants nearby. Perfect for short stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely little place in the Pilsen area, which has a lot of Mexican people, restaurants and shops. Everyone we met was so nice and friendly and we went to a terrific small diner down the block for breakfast every day. It was truly like home away from home. The location also is just a a few blocks from the train, which was very convenient.

It was my first time using Vrbo, it was last minute and everything went smoothly. The host was quick to respond as well, property was clean and neighborhood was quiet.
