Step into serenity at the Cozy Cabin, a charming log cabin nestled in the woods. If you`re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this tranquil retreat is just what you need. Upon arrival, head up the back steps to your home away from home. Once inside, the cozy laundry room leads directly into the kitchen, but your eyes willquickly be drawn to the open dining and living area with its soaring ceilings and skylights. The sun streaming through the wood beams will make you feel right at home.



The Space

• Relax in the spacious living room, featuring a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

• The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook up your favorite meals.

• Bedroom 1: A queen bed with a TV and easy access to the main floor bathroom.

• Full bathroom conveniently located next to the main floor bedroom.



✨ Upstairs

• Loft area with a couch and TV. The couch pulls out into a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

• Bedroom 2: A full-size bed.

• Bedroom 3: A queen-size bed.

• A full bathroom conveniently located upstairs.

Important Info Before You Book

❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 23 to book. A valid driver’s license is required at check-in. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted without refund.

No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home. A $200 penalty applies if smoking is detected.

Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome with a $100 non-refundable deposit per pet. All pets must be approved in advance. An additional fee of $500-$1000 will be charged for unapproved pets or if excessive cleaning or damage repair is required.

What’s Provided Linens, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge) are included. Guests must bring their own additional toiletries, paper products, trash bags, and dish soap as needed.

No A/C: This cabin does not have air conditioning.

Parking: Plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple cars.
