COZY, BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT AT AVANTI COVE

Great clean place. I’ve stayed here several times. Always top notch. The host are great to work with!

Nice and out of the way. Away from the bustle. Very easy to work with. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. There was even a grill on a deck that actually isn’t listed, but it was a bit cold still to really enjoy sitting outside. Sink was great and easy to clean dishes. Internet access was good, was able to watch some movies at the end of the day. Overall very good experience, even better than most places I’ve been. If I was ever in this area again, I would stay here.

It was super cute and have everything we needed. Also everything smelled great.

Nice room, clean, looks newly renovated. Bathroom linens look brand new, plush. Bathroom shelf space for toiletries limited. Furnace right next to bed and it roars when running.

The place felt homey.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The property manager was excellent in communication. I will rent here again in the near future.

Great location,well maintained and very clean, attentive host, good price. We had an issue with a dog barking next door, which was quickly taken care of. Will definitely stay again. Note: walls are thin and you can hear normal conversation next door. Had to turn on AC fan to mask.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. It far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfy and the couch was as well. Perfect for two people. I would definitely recommend it!

Showed up to the room after a 12 drive just to find that they double booked the room. Luckily they had another room on site. It was bigger, but it was on the second floor. I have a bad knee and had to carry luggage for 4 days up and down a steep flight of stairs. Plus the bed, although bigger than the other room, was uncomfortable. I was informed that they were having trouble with a new booking program.

Great accommodations. The location was initially questionable, but after talking to Will, we felt at ease and understood the value on many ways. Its off the beaten path in an old motel renovation,, but perfectly located in between the state park, Lake Conneaut and Meadville, PA. Nice outdoor patio to relax and enjoy nature. The studio apartment was top notch, clean, all the amenities and enjoyable. I would recommend for the overall and value and quiet seclusion. .

We had a very happy and restful three night stay at Avanti Cove. A very clean and attractive room and it was nice to have a full kitchen. Highly recommend staying there as the price was right as well

The studio was cute and clean. Had everything I needed. Quiet and peaceful. Wanted to take some time and have coffee on the porch and see the wildlife but wasn’t able too. Maybe next time.

It was very clean, the furnishings were very nice, and the furniture arrangement was nicely done and worked for the space. Everything was very nice.

Overall experience was great. The host has given thought to the needs of the guests. I spoke with him and he was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to others.

everything was very good for a couple or single. the lack of a dresser was notable but not a deal breaker. we would use it again when visiting family in the area.

Smelled great as soon as you walked in. Parking close to door. Great cover deck with clean chairs. Close to lakes. Very quiet and peacefully. Few cold water in fridge. And flavored coffee creamer perfect for waking up. Loved it!

My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend. It is clean,(maybe one or two corner dust webs but the apartment was very clean) comfortable, and decorated adorably. It has more of a motel feel and that is what we were expecting. I have no criticisms only suggestions. A long length mirror on the back of the closet would be nice. We also talked about how nice it would be to have a campfire. There is a small grassy lot across the parking lot. The building and outside wasn’t much but we didn’t mind. The place is adorable!
