Stayed Jan 11, 2026We will have fond memories of this place — ideal location and super well equipped. So close to the broadwalk and beach. Can’t give it five stars due to garbled TV reception and a ceiling fan that sounded like a drummer beating 16th notes on a rim of a drum. But all and all a great stay. Get your parking pass the night before you arrive. Can all be done online.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Nice studio unit. Has everything you need for the beach. Perfect for 2. Parking is not a challenge, it’s non existent. If you are staying during the weekend, and have a vehicle, better budget some funds for parking. It’s 4 per hour with no other options. Also, the hot water did not seem to work during the morning hours but later in the day it worked fine.

Stayed May 16, 2025Very nice little beach apartment with everything you need for the week. Very close to Hollywood Beach and within many shops and restaurants. My only concern was that the pool was undergoing renovations when we were there. Kim was fantastic and was very helpful.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025The condo met our expectations. Definitely a small place but doable for 2 people. Location is perfect to pool, beach and broad walk;no need for a car. Her condo has ALMOST everything for the perfect stay. Suggestions: a bottle opener and maybe a welcome basket with a few kuerig cups and a couple of bottles of water would be helpful.
