The location is great. The kitchen wasn't well equipped and one of the main lights was burned out. We reached out but didnt hear back. It made the place really dark. The check in is not friendly. You need to go to one location to get a key before going to the apartment. And they are not close to each other. There were also a lot of tiny ants. Apparently they are all over Sevilla, but still hasn't pleasant. The apartment needs a bit of tlc and is starting to show its age.

The location was great, and the apartment was spacious but some updating is needed. There was only one set of keys and the only way to get in or out of the apartment door and gates was with the key. The door could not be closed and locked without the key so if one person went out the other person was locked inside until she returned! The price was great and overall the experience was fine just a bit awkward with the key situation.

The apartment was mostly as advertised and in a great location for tourists! The shower needs a little tile work and the sitting room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. We did have trouble with the blinds which the host was unable to attend to while we were there. But the check in process was not user friendly. The keys had to be picked up at a second location and we did not receive check in information until we had struggled with luggage to find the correct apartment and get in. Would we stay again? Yes, but I would ask for assistance with luggage up 2 flights of stairs and to be met at the apartment with keys.

In preparing for this trip I did a bit of Google street view because I knew I had to walk to the apartment from somewhere and wanted to be prepared. In doing so I was a little concerned about the very narrow “streets” and graphite. It was totally unfounded The street is a short connection between two upscale shopping streets and is just a few hundred feet from Las Setas, an iconic architectural feat that is a shopping center and the largest wooden structure in Spain? Europe? The world? I don’t remember but it is a marvel. The apartment is a walk up but I made it even though I’m 72 with some challenges. The apartment is clean and easy to live in. The is a washer that works great and drying racks in the closet making cleaning my clothes for the very extended trip I am on simple. The location seems to be 5 to 8 minutes from so many things to see. I also took the Hop on Hop off bus to get to the more far flung places. The highlight of the trip was Plaza de Española. Built for the 1929 Iberian-American expo it is a fantastic building and garden grounds showcasing the architecture and also the amazing tile work that is all over Seville. The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with. The 2 ac’s work together to keep the apartment a very nice temperature even on the very hot (41c) days I was there. I highly recommend this quite apartment surrounded by palaces.
