We would not recommend our place for persons that are looking for quick walking distances to amenities or attractions. However, if you've secured a rental vehicle or are familiar with the island, its a perfect spot for locals and its within a short driving distance to many attractions. Our guest house is a quick drive to so many amenities ( the hospital, marina, fish fry, Atlantis and Paradise Island). The neighborhood is very family oriented on a quiet street with little car interaction.

Stayed Feb 14, 2024This was a newly built property. It had everything we needed. We were able to relax and the location was great. The locals commented on what a great choice it was. Good neighborhood, close to Atlantis, overall will visit again.
