Stayed Apr 4, 2025We really enjoyed our stay in this tranquil apartment. The space was very relaxing for the three of us, and a fantastic location. The kids play structure just up the road is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Stayed May 10, 2024This is a gem in Lafayette! It was great to be so close to the downtown area, but yet quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well stocked. There was one day that we needed the wall air conditioner but with the cool evening & night the open bedroom windows were perfect for cooling. The property manager was super prompt with a response when I did have a question.

Stayed Dec 12, 2023This is a walkable location to everything that Lafayette has to offer. Good things: location, walkability, the pans, dishes and water filter in the kitchen. The layout of the unit is nice for travelers. There has been an effort to update the decor. Things to improve: a few extras like food storage containers, washcloths, upgraded soap and shampoo, a bathroom night light would be appreciated. The bedroom closest to the main street has a lot of traffic noise and bright parking lot lights that aren't blocked by the blinds so it would benefit from blackout curtains. The sheets are also pilled and scratchey in that bedroom. The bathroom needs a refresh. The caulk is mildew stained in the shower and bathroom floor and the sink needs to be replaced. Overall this is a solid place to stay given the location.
