Stayed Sep 3, 2025I loved my stay in this nice basement apartment. It was quiet, conveniently located, and offered all of the comforts of home. The hosts contacted me after arrival to ensure all my needs were met. They even asked if I needed to do laundry. Could not be happier. and plan to stay there again.

Stayed Apr 29, 2024There were a LOT of spiders. I went as far as to buy my own can of Raid. Left the Raid behind and I hope they use it for the next person. It's a nice place, but the toilet smells terrible and when putting dishes in the dishwasher, the smell was really bad. Had to load the dishwasher because it's part of the rules from their rule book. Need to bleach the toilet and dishwasher before having someone there would help. Also, I understand it's a basement and basements have spiders, but that wad quite a lot, and the webs show the place wasn't carefully cleaned before renting it. I do need to speak to the communication. The communication was absolutely outstanding and provided great instructions on how to get in, and plenty of reminders that the date was approaching. I never met them, but they seem great.hope this info helps.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Spotless, cozy, roomy, and amazing bed. Close to restaurants. Nice Host. This may be challenging for individuals with knee/hip/back issues. The shower is a very high tub combination, and the entry has about 10+ steps. It's pet friendly, having a very small patch of fenced grass area. However I still had to take my dog on a leash due to the short fence height and wide space between fence panels. Any small dog would get through and any medium dog could possibly jump over or stand up to possibly have contact with the owners dog. This issue per my dog's temperament, and the very difficult stairs will prevent me from re-renting. But minus that, I would highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024This was a perfect place for us to stay while we were visiting family and friends. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was roomy, and the kitchen had lots of cooking equipment. And, of course, the cookies were greatly appreciated!

Stayed Apr 14, 2024I was working in American Fork for a week and prefer to use apartment rentals rather than hotels. This apartment was perfect. It's in a great location off a main road, quiet and well-decorated, and the hosts are wonderful. They communicated helpful information during my stay. Good off-street parking. Highly recommended.
