Stayed Sep 7, 2025Clean space, friendly helpful host. There is no parking at the property but we had no issues with finding street parking close. Stayed for a Bills game about a 30 uber ride to the stadium which isn’t bad. House is older but it’s just fine for what it is. Would stay again.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025Upstairs, 3 bedroom apartment. Simple furnishings, but meets all required needs. Close to food options. Only drawback is you can not park at the rental, but parking is available close.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024Owner was very responsive & helpful. Property was easy to locate and access. No issues at all. Older building with nice updates, furnished in a manner to accentuate building's age & style. Only downside was no coffee pot, previous guest had left instant coffee and it was easy to boil water in a pan. We were only there overnight but there was plenty of room for 4 persons, extra towels & blankets. Beds were comfortable. All in all, nice place to stay.

Stayed Oct 26, 2024Said it was a house, it’s an apartment. The people living downstairs murdered a goat in the backyard and cut its head off while laughing at us. apartment was dirty and dusty, floors were sticky.
