Stayed Apr 30, 2026We were 4 ladies traveling together and the location of this apartment was perfect for us. We turned in our rental car upon arrival in Philly and walked everywhere that we wanted to go. The Historic District was only a 15 minute walk. The listing was a little misleading as to the size of the beds. There are 3 QUEEN beds. Also something to make note of if watching TV is important to you: the only TV is in the middle bedroom. We really enjoyed the funky vibe of South Street and always felt perfectly safe walking around. Parking a car seemed to us like it would either be very difficult or very expensive.

Stayed Mar 10, 2026We loved everything about this unit!It was clean, well supplied and just nice! The host was AMAZING and communication was great! The location was a little gritty and loud due to traffic, clubs and construction (but ear plugs were provided)! We would recommend staying here if the later doesn’t bother you because it really was a wonderful place!

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Great location! Hip, lively, safe neighborhood central to all the sights. The host was easily accessible and very accommodating. The place was super clean and updated. The central air-conditioning was a big plus. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Perfect spot between Society Hill and Queen Village. Half a block from the Theater of Living Arts w plenty of food and drink options nearby. Extremely clean, great communication, and prime location in Philly.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. I stayed with my two friends and we were able to have our own spaces when working from home. We each had a desk in our rooms which was very useful. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment!
