Stayed Jun 7, 2025We were two adult couples visiting DC, the place was perfect for our need. The apartment is clean, clear and spacious, with comfortable bedding. The building is calm, clean and has a great swimming pool. The location is perfect, a few minute walk from Rosslyn subway and walking distance from restaurants, bars and stores. We will definitely try to rent again next time we visit Washington DC!

Stayed Apr 21, 2025Location is a quiet section of Arlington in a nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. No noise was heard from other apartments. The apartment was clean and spacious. Plenty of room in the living room for the 2 futons to be laid out without having to move furniture. I was there with my four kids 9 through 16 and we had plenty of space. Very close to Arlington and the Mall. Not close enough to walk, but a quick Uber was easy to get. Great place and fairly priced.

Stayed Apr 16, 2025The property was very convenient for our family trip to Washington DC. It is a short drive to the National Mall. There is a Target in walking distance, which was helpful for a few items we needed. Property was clean and came as advertised.

Stayed Mar 10, 2025Perfect location! Safe, clean and close to everything! Grocery, Starbucks and target within 1 block. Easy Uber over to the DC mall. Loved this location!

Stayed Jun 5, 2024My stay was excellent. The property is very spacious, vlean and modern. The bathrooms were very nice, just like the pictures and the bed is comfortable. Very easy to checkin and check out. Close to the train and Target. I would stay here again, most definitely.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024My group had 4 adults and 2 small kids. It wasnt really kid friendly. There were too many glass things (coffee table, shower soap bottles, etc.) Once we put those out of the kids reach, it was excellent!
