Great central location. Unit was well-appointed and had a nice dog bed for my dog - without asking for one. Street parking was not a problem.

Host was easy to communicate with and made sure all our needs were managed efficiently. The location was wonderful in a quiet area of the city but close to transportation and great restaurants and parks.

The location was great as was communication with owner. The kitchen was sparsely equipped -2 sauce pans/2skillets. Utensils and silverware good. No hotpads, towels or bakeware. No instructions as to island actually a table. We ate standing

We were looking for a place for our whole family including our dogs for Memorial Day weekend. This place fit our needs perfectly! The host had everything we needed to be comfortable, even coffee! Everyone in my party of 6 had a nice place to sleep as well, with crisp fresh linens and fluffy white towels. This place is near all the famous places we wanted to visit in Chicago, as well as 3 beautiful parks within walking distance for our dogs. We took them to all 3 parks and sometimes more than once per day. There are many stores, grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance and Wicker Park area is a fun place with a lot to see and do. The food was great! We also had a safe place to park our vehicles with parking permits supplied by the host. Thank you for helping my family have a wonderful time in Chicago!

This rough around the edges property was on par for a budget trip. The neighborhood has a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and it's a short walk to public transportation if you're looking to explore the city. The host was quick to reply to any and all questions/concerns. The only negative would be the living room had animal hair on the rug and couch which stirred up allergies.

We had a great time this weekend. Nice place to stay and close to our parking garage for Fan Fest. Might add some washcloths with the large bathroom towels. Would stay again. Thanks.

The location of this property in perspective to the city is great! Taking the public transport is so easy to get downtown while Wicker Park is more quite and relaxed. Lots of good eats and shopping in walking distance as well! We were able to do everything we wanted without a single worry! I was concerned with the city and property about parking my car but the host actually has residential parking passes for use! This was so helpful and put my mind at ease! The space itself is super cozy and clean. After a long day of sightseeing, it felt like we were going home. Everything felt in place and we would definitely stay here again. The host was also very responsive and made sure we were comfortable! Overall, this stay was a big part of making our trip incredible!!!
