Stayed Aug 4, 2025Place is small/not modern, but very good location. Good for a small family with 1-2 kids. (No bathtub for toddler/baby) Very short walk to the main avenue and to boardwalk/beach with lots of stores and restaurants. Able to eat breakfast outside on the deck, enjoy the deck at night. Check for tags when you get in, Beach tag was missing when we arrived but the host quickly responded and dropped it off the next morning. Quick and responsive host.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Really convenient location that was walkable to the boardwalk/beach as well as Asbury ave and the ACME. It's located up towards the end of the boardwalk so the beaches weren't as crowded. Ben was super responsive during check in to a small snafu that was resolved quickly. He checked in on us by text throughout the stay.The provided beach wagons were really helpful in getting gear to and from the beach
