Stayed May 6, 2025Had to wait 20 minutes to park in front of building to unload luggage due to all spaces having been taken. Then took another 15-20 minutes to find someone at front desk despite using bell at desk. Was provided a shopping cart to move luggage. Rug in living room area filthy. TV in living room area could not access non cable cannels; reported too slow a connection. Bed uncomfortable and very noisy when getting up and down; wife and i kept waking each other up when one of us would go to the restroom. Also commuter train noise was consrant. Big mistake. Avoid at all costs. Emailed VBRO rep who we were working with; no response.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025Although the unit was compact, neat & clean, it lacked essentials ( coffee pot carafe, hair dryer). Communications with Customer Service was lacking. It took days for my carafe to be delivered as did batteries needed to replaced after numerous calls.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024I would definitely recommend this to anybody because of how clean it is and how luxurious it is and how easily accessible it is to the Metro-North and in walking distance to local stores nearby.
