Cozy 1BR Bungalow by the beach, coffee, and dining

Very clean, quiet and cozy. Great location- near brach, shops, restaurants. Bed was very firm but comfortable. Gardens in coutyard were lovely. Garage was as described: suitable for a VERY compact car (we managed to get our small SUV in it, but it was a stressful experience! So we ended up settling for on-street parking). The place could use some additional touches to warrant a five star review, including a bit more thought on decor and a box of tissues, scissors or other useful gadgets that travelers may need). It looks like an office that was converted into an apartment, and in fact, the bedroom door still has the sign for “office” on it!! Perhaps I’m being picky, but I give my reviews thoughtfully and honestly, and I am a senior, seasoned traveler. But let me be clear: The place is perfectly fine! it would be perfect for young people, weekend surfers, university students. We would definitely come back.

The place is in a great local area, with many opportunities available. The actual stay is cozy, and great when planning a get-away. Furthermore, the host is very quick and clear with communication!

Outstanding location, short walk to many restaurants, Strand Beach and the pier. Kitchen very well equipped, even included an air fryer. Very clean. Host very responsive.

Justin was a fabulous host. Great communication all the way through. The property is exactly as pictured. It is adorable and comfortable. The location was perfect. Two to three blocks and you were at the beach or restaurants and shops. We used the garage but it looked like there was plenty of spots on the street while we were there. Will definitely come back.

3 coffee shops within 5 min walk pastries and breakfast then another 5 min to pier to chat with morning crowd. Close to restaurants and Thursday markets start at end of street. Couldn t get any better. Nice and clean.

The property location was great. Very close to restaurants and walking distance to the harbor. Beach was just a few blocks away. The court yard had a table and chairs giving us outdoor area to relax.

It would have been nice to have a hairdryer and an explanation on how to use the TV. It was difficult to find local TV stations and maneuver between the stations. We were very frustrated with the TV situation.

Justin you thought of everything. Very cute place near the beach.
