Cozy 1bedroom 1bath renton apt

Mason was a great host! Nice quiet little neighborhood in Renton. Close to everything!

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights while we were visiting Seattle. The apartment isn’t in the best area and we may have been unfortunate but there were multiple gun shots heard and police in the near vicinity on our second night, which wasn’t overly reassuring. Otherwise the flat was clean but a little basic in that there were literally 3 knives and forks, 2 cups, the smallest sieve ever to drain pasta, no comfortable seating and the bed was pretty small and not the most comfortable. A toaster, a sofa, some wine glasses, tea towels- things like that would be nice to have… It served its purpose but you wouldn’t want to be there long..

The manager/owner was very responsive!

If you're visiting the Newcastle/Renton area this is pretty hard to top for the money and convenience. It's close enough to the freeway to get into Seattle or Bellevue quickly and the neighborhood is VERY quiet; so is the house. The bed is comfy and the full kitchen enabled us to stay in one evening and warm up takeout. Plus it's a big apartment with easy parking. We didn't want a hotel/wanted more room to spread out and had to do some work online in separate rooms (makeshift office life) and it worked out great. Blazing Wifi seals it!

Nice apartment, quiet neighborhood. Be aware, there are stairs outside. Mason is a very attentive host.

Loved the apartment, was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I just wish there was a couch in the living room. Other than that perfect!

Nice just wish had broom to sweep.

We stayed for a week in the summer while exploring the Seattle. Being from Texas, be warned! No central air. That’s unheard of down south! But there were zero mosquitoes or flies and the wide open windows and fans made it feel great! I do wish they had a loveseat or sofa instead of two chairs. And dresser instead of desk in the bedroom so we could store clothes. But we loved the space and the host was helpful!

Nice unit, very clean, and quiet. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby to choose for dinning. Mason was very responsive to any request or questions.
