Cozy 1bdr/1br near downtown

Good equipment in kitchen, somewhat sparce for dishes. Need to know in advance what coffee situation is. Really appreciated the owner accommodations for us.

The room was quiet and had may amenities. The TV in the bedroom is huge, it was fun to watch movies on it. The WiFi is also very strong. There is a grocery store very close by and a nice park very close also. The space was pretty clean, although the fan had a lot of dust on it and there was dust behind the bed. Also, the dryer exhaust blows into the bathroom, it doesn’t lead outside, so if you run the dryer it becomes very hot and humid in the space. There was also a strange smell when I arrived, I had to leave the windows open most of the time for fresh air. It was quiet, but the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors. The back area is a good place for dogs. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and it was worth the price.

Host was very responsive to questions or concerns. The unit was very clean. It was evident that efforts had been made to provide guests with amenities and to make the space feel welcoming.

The Host was very responsive to my questions and allowed my two Yorkie pups to accommodate me during my stay. It was quiet, relaxing, and the amenities in great condition.

Overall everything looks good. Only one things are some travellers are not following the rules always shouting at the night time.

As usual, the apartment was just what we need when we visit our daughter's family. Clean and comfortable. Easy entrance.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. Communication was prompt and clear. We loved having a full kitchen available. We heard muffled noise from other apartments but nothing out of the ordinary and it certainly didn’t interrupt our sleep. We are not used to road noise, maybe this was in the normal realm for a city apartment also.The mattress was very firm, even for my husband who likes a firm mattress. The 1,500 security deposit (refundable) seemed excessive for a 3-night stay in a small Vrbo. It felt like an attempt to push customers into purchasing the non-refundable protection plan. Every need is accounted for — I especially appreciated the kitchen, which had pots and pans, a gas stove, and a brand new dish washer. The space was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being situated on a busy road.

We had an enjoyable stay. The apartment was big enough to make us very comfortable. Everything was as advertised.
