Stayed Apr 18, 2026The apartment is exactly as the pictures show! Very cute little place, perfect for what we were looking for. Very close to downtown. Clean, comfortable, quiet and safe! Would definitely use the place again when coming back to town for an event.

Stayed Mar 21, 2026Finding the location and getting into the room wasn't difficult. The issue that we had was our room wasn't cleaned The bed still had dirty linens and dirty towels all over the bathroom plus trash on the bedroom floor by the we showed up at 4pm. I contacted the owner and he apologized and sent the cleaning crew over we left for an event. When we got back the linens had been changed and towels picked up new ones left in the bedroom. But there was still trash on the bedroom floor and could tell nothing was properly wiped down.

Stayed Mar 10, 2026Very clean and pretty spacious unit in an area close to plenty of restaurants and performance centers. Parking is on the street across a moderately busy road and the check in process no longer involves a lock box outside the building despite what Vrbo may send you in the check in notes. I was quite embarrassed to be locked out trying the right code on the wrong lockbox for about a half hour until the host was able to update me on what to do. Door code first, then enter and find the room where an attached lockbox holds the room key.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026Owner Double booked the condo for the weekend. We had to find a place to stay at 1030-11 pm at night for the weekend. Not happy after a long drive and then in the middle of downtown late at night with our suitcases and not able to get ahold of the owner to figure out what was going on because there were no keys in the lock box. We use Vrbo for all of our trips and this trip but a bad taste in our mouths.

Stayed Feb 6, 2026Great place to stay in Detroit! It was walking distance to may bars, restaurants and to Little Caesar’s Arena. The apartment was clean and was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again..
