Stayed Mar 26, 2026Space was clean and well supplied. It was appreciated that coffee pods and water were available for use. There was also a hair dryer which was great as I had forgotten mine! Host even got a pool pass for the community pool.

Stayed Feb 6, 2026The host seemed considerate and welcoming. Unfortunately, the heating and AC system is loud and has no controller in the unit. It’s controlled by the main house. I was unable to sleep there because it came on for one minute every 10 minutes repeatedly between 1:00AM and 5:00AM. The host agreed to turn it off when asked the next day. Gladly, the outdoor temps didn’t require it to be on. There is not a dishwasher or stove in the kitchen. The full size fridge was nice. I believe there has been a cat in the unit as my allergies acted up after being there for a few hours. I booked 12 nights but left after six. I asked about a refund and was told they would check into VRBO’s policy but they never got back to me.
