Cozy 1 bedroom guesthouse apartment near downtown & riverwalk

This cozy one bedroom was exactly what we needed. Full kitchen, we didn’t use it but great to have! Very comfortable bed. Great safe area. Friendly hosts. Great price as well. Easy parking. We will be back.

Very clean, quiet and relaxing! Hosts were lovely. After a busy day it was nice sitting in the backyard, have a drink, and relax with the water feature and listening to the our music. Nice walk to the River Walk and Armature Works. A wee bit small for long stays, we were there for 9 nights but we easily made it work for the two of us. Thanks Maria and hubby!

It is peaceful, no one to bothering you. Nice places to eat and dine around the area.

Maria is such a gracious host!! Immediately responded to my questions. Fantastic location across the street from the river- darling yard sitting area. Walking distance to Armature. Fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Tampa.

Cute, clean, hosts very attentive to any needs or concerns. Could've used bowls, could not find any. Shower was great, bathroom kinda small but functional. Downtown Tampa not too far.

Cute little place to stay for a short trip! The host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with from beginning to end. The accommodations were basic, but exactly what we needed. It does have a little useful kitchen that included a stove, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There's also a table with chairs, and small living room area. The bedroom and bathroom are separate rooms. It's within easy driving distance of Raymond James Stadium, and plenty of other places.

We loved staying here and we will definitely be back. We went to the wine and food festival and we needed something close by. This location was very convenient and we rode scooters to the wine festival each day. It was a super quiet and homie area and we will definitely be back!

The apartment was great for the two of us. The owners are wonderful folks, friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. We'll keep this location in mind when we come back.

Very accommodating host, responsive to messages. Looked as depicted, cute touches. Loved the layout, great for two people and separate room areas gave a roomier feel. Great neighborhood surrounding and close to riverwalk and other fun locations.

The host is wonderful, and the backyard is a dream! The apartment itself is quite small with low ceilings (I had to duck in the shower at 5’10”), but I felt safe in the neighborhood, and the location was nice - just a 15 minute walk to Armature Works!

The guesthouse was perfect! It was clean and was equipped with all of the items needed for a weekend away.Maria was very attentive and responded immediately with answers to our questions. When we visit Tampa again we will definitely be staying here.

A very cozy place to stay for a long weekend trip! Big kitchen (if planning to cook during the stay), clean bedroom! A few places were walkable (15-20) like Armature Works, Spruce/Publix grocery store. Highly recommend place to stay if you're for a getaway!

Unit was as described. Lovely! Quiet neighborhood. Host communication was excellent. Restaurants within 1mi walking distance. New Publix is on the way within walking distance. Would not recommend anyone older than teen trying to sleep on futon ;-) No door on bedroom was a bit odd. Appliances we used worked without issue.

Great spot for the Buccaneers game we went to. Close to a lot of different attractions and walking distance from river walk! Great weekend getaway for us.

The location of the house was amazing. The hosts were super nice. Easy connects to Uber and or Lyft. Quiet area. The upstairs guest where a bit hectic the second to last night, and there were a few bugs here and there. However, the experience as a whole was good.

The property was great, beautiful homes in the neighborhood. Conviently located, close to Armature Works which is what we were looking for. Hosts were very nice and accommodating to our request for early check in being that no other parties stayed there the night before. We love going to Tampa and would stay there again.

Downstairs Apartment is great for one person. I stayed for “business” and needed a safe, clean, and quiet place to stay for the week. Score! The apartment had everything I needed. The hospitality of the owners was the cherry on top.

Property is very convenient to Port of Tampa. Well stocked. We enjoyed the property. If I had to pick a minor complaints was the mattress pad didn’t allow the sheets to fit and when you rolled over the sheet kept popping off. Also maybe put carpet or more soundproofing upstairs, very loud children running in circles but luckily they went to bed when we did! Thank you for sharing your property!

Great location to access every part of Tampa!

This place was good enough for two of us and the owner was responsive. I do wish the listing was more transparent that you would have people staying above you as we were woke by them most mornings and the coffee maker did never work correctly, so i had to door dash. I also wish the furniture was comfortable. While the bed was great no othet furniture was comfortably to sit on

We flew in for a quick trip for a day at Busch gardens and had an amazing time but now realize we need to come back and stay here again because there were so many fun things to do, even within walking distance! Hosts were amazing and beyond friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We were visiting our daughter at Utampa and this was a perfect location

moving to area and owners were very helpful giving great advice on areas i was looking at. very cute guest house and very close to Riverwalk. They also have a larger 2x1 guesthouse for folks that need more room or have additional guests. The 1x1 was perfect for us.
