Large apartment in Anchorage suburb. Very clean and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night before a flight from Anchorage, but the apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a longer stay. Was farther out of city than we realized, but travel to the airport was fine, even during rush hour. Recommended if the area suits your needs.

Buyer beware: “Near downtown Anchorage” is not even close to accurate.For anyone who isn’t familiar with local geography this place is a long long way from Anchorage.And for those expecting a quiet cozy private cabin, you get a surprise too!!It’s actually an apartment attached to a garage that shares a driveway to the property owners home. Complete with a huge bank of windows facing your rental.Out the other window in the kitchen that isn’t actually a peaceful meadow, it’s the parking lot for an adventure rental company, so people pull up to rent kayaks and things right outside your window. The inside looked clean and tidy, so there’s that, if you don’t mind all the rest then ENJOY!! Would NOT recommend for someone expecting a quiet private cabin near Anchorage (as advertised)

Cozy, Safe, Economical.

This property was very clean and comfortable, with nice Alaska-themed decor. The hosts left some snacks out, which was very helpful since we didn't have time to grocery shop right away. The kitchen was well-stocked in terms of cooking supplies. Hosts were communicative and even let us check in a little early. It was great to stay close to Chugach State Park and not to have a very far drive to Anchorage. Overall a convenient, comfortable, and affordable stay!

. . .this dwelling came as advertised and even more! Chris has a gold mine in this cozy, techie property. We were on a tight schedule so we couldn't avail ourselves of all the possibilities, but in the evening we stayed there, we enjoyed Netflix, Roku, etc. with his great TV screen and streaming possibilities. We had to leave early the next morning and missed the goats. . .maybe someday in the future!

The property is easy to access, all the amenities it provides are great, from the coffee options to the AC unit if it gets too warm. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome stay. Well cared for property. A lot of nice touches. Responsive host. Very Quiet, Clean & Private. Large open space that felt cozy. Close to town but away from everything. Large TV with Netflix which automatically logs you out if you forget. Comfortable bed. Added plus it has a washer/dryer. Would definitely recommend.

This property is in just the right location. About 20 minutes outside of the city and kindof 1/2 way point for our travels. Right on main line. Very quiet, peaceful and serene. Beautiful apartment. Immaculately clean. The host communicated very quickly. Definitely would stay here again!

It was such a nice, clean, relaxing place to stay after a long fly day. It was super quiet and we felt safe and secure there. To top off our stay we saw a moose right out side our front door.

Excellent place to stay. There was a small issue with the hot water heater but they were so quick to resolve it they still deserve the 5 star rating.
