Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment in Historic BeaconHill

Very clean and cozy!

We arrived an hour and half past check in time. The place had not been cleaned after the last visitors. Took multiple calls and messages to get a hold of the host. He did take responsibility stating he never told the cleaning lady to come. He was able to coordinate her coming out but not until 8pm so we were not actually able to settle in and use the space for most of the first day. When the cleaning lady left she told us where to buy toilet paper because he did not supply any for her to replace it with. I made multiple attempts to talk to the host about a partial refund due to not being being able to utilize the space because it wasn’t cleaned in time as well as having to purchase our own toilet paper. He also gave no checkout instructions and has not responded to any messages. Location was good in Beacon Hill. Short walk to some of the places we wanted to visit and use of the T was easy to navigate. In general would not recommend this host and would not rent from him again.

When we arrived the place had not been cleaned. Our stay ended up being refunded.

Great location and everything you would need for a weekend getaway

Amazing stay in Beacon Hill! The apartment was a perfect location for my friend and I on our trip to Boston. The bed was comfortable, kitchen perfect for meals, living room great for relaxing and walking distance to everything. Whole foods and bars are a few minute walk. Would stay again any time I am in the city!!

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. Very convenient to the T, and walking distance to many great spots including Boston Common. Nearby restaurants were terrific. Highly recommend!

Location simply can’t be beat! This apartment is located in the heart of Beacon Hill and offers the quintessential Boston experience. it was nice to have a couch and television area to come back to in the evenings and a kitchen to be able to prepare breakfast in. We shopped at a local grocery store, totally adorable, instead of walking to Trader Joe’s. We highly recommend finding the local grocery store instead of going the chain route. Restaurants and shops are within one minute of the apartment! When there were some missing cleaning supplies and things like paper towels in the kitchen, the host was quick to have them dropped off at the apartment and very easy to communicate with!

Excellent location close to everything Boston Commins shops restaurants. Clean and cozy. I’m from RI lioved the lobster door knocker.

The location of this property was great for the overall experience of Boston. It was minutes from the downtown area, my husband and I were able to walk to the historical sites within 10-15 minutes. It was fairly priced, and we felt it was in a safe neighborhood. There was a little hiccup when it came to the parking. My husband and I aren’t from the area, and when we arrived we didn’t have any area to park our personal vehicle. The street parking is only for long term residents, and that was never communicated prior to us arriving. When I inquired to the host about how to get a pass/ their personal recommendations for parking nearby they never responded. It would’ve been helpful if we were given a solution to the issue, rather than never responding. My husband got a 90 ticket.

Very nice little place.

Very cozy apartment. We had a lovely stay & it was within walking distance to most everything we wanted to see. No issues with finding the location or entering apartment. It was very clean. Not sure if dishwasher was in usable order, so we hand washed dishes, notified owner/agent.

A cozy place to stay in Beacon Hill, location was great and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Although they’ve made good use of a small space throughout the apartment, the bedroom space was limited. I would recommend this place for a couple’s short stay in Boston.

Great location and clean apartment

My husband and I visited Boston for a Red Sox game and touring. We enjoyed our time in the cozy unit. This unit was nicely renovated and attractively decorated. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the Freedom Trail and Little Italy. This is a wealthy part of town, very quiet, and safe. The bed was too soft for my back problems and I would like to have had a dresser, but otherwise really loved it.

Great location. Comfortably furnished updated apartment.No on site parking. Paid parking ramps 1/4 mile away. Atif was a very accomodating and responsive host. Enjoyed our Boston visit!!

Nice location to be a tourist. Nice restaurants and stores nearby. T station short walk away. OK for two adults, but would have been tight with more than that.

Loved this location. NO need for a car or UBER. Easy to get on the (free) silver line bus from the airport. This bus will drop you off in the middle of the city. A nice walk to Beacon Hill. This little apartment is in a perfect location for walking to shopping, restaurants and to the heart of everything! Perfect for a couples get away weekend. We really enjoyed our stay.

Central location in downtown Boston made it easy to enoy the city. Highly recommend this apartment.
