Looking for a peaceful, private place to stay in the heart of downtown Indianapolis

Whether you're coming to town for a Colts or Pacers game, a convention, concert, musical, tournament or just a weekend downtown, this 11th-floor apartment puts you close to just about everything.

The apartment has an incredible skyline view and is only one block from Monument Circle. Gainbridge Fieldhouse is about an eight-minute walk, and the Indiana ConventionCenter, Lucas Oil Stadium, Mass Ave and Old National Centre are all nearby.

The apartment is in downtown Indianapolis's Mile Square, one block from Monument Circle and within walking distance of many of the city's most popular restaurants, entertainment venues and attractions.

You will be close to:

* Gainbridge Fieldhouse — about an 8-minute walk
* Indiana Convention Center — about a 12-minute walk
* Lucas Oil Stadium — about a 15-minute walk
* Mass Ave restaurants, shopping and entertainment

* Downtown restaurants, bars and entertainment
* Two grocery stores within walking distance

The Convention Center hosts events throughout the year, including Gen Con, Comic Con, volleyball and cheerleading tournaments, business conventions and other large gatherings.

Lucas Oil Stadium hosts Colts games, college football and major events. Gainbridge Fieldhouse is home to the Pacers and Fever and also hosts concerts and other events.

This is a quiet, traditional-style apartment on the 11th floor with a great view of the Indianapolis skyline.

Sleeping accommodations include:

* One queen bed
* One full-size couch
* One additional sofa
* Two air mattresses
* One sleeping bag

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless-steel appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience.

The living room is a comfortable place to relax after a game, convention or day exploring downtown, and the skyline view is one of my favorite things about the apartment.

>> CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

**Check-in:** Anytime after 3:00 p.m. using the lockbox.

**Check-out:** Anytime before 11:00 a.m.

There is no need to do laundry before leaving. Please place used towels, bedding and other linens in the bathtub.

Trash can be gathered into bags and left by the door.

I simply ask that you leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy.

Paid garage parking is available about one block away at:

Parking rates are set by the garage and may change.

>> GETTING AROUND

One of the best things about staying here is that you may not need a car once you arrive.

Most major downtown destinations are within walking distance.

Uber and Lyft are easy to catch outside the building, and downtown also has rental scooters and bike-share options.

Please, no smoking of any kind inside the apartment, including vaping or e-cigarettes.

No illegal drugs.

There are **no cameras inside the apartment.**

>> NEIGHBORHOOD

This is one of my favorite parts of downtown Indianapolis because so much is within walking distance.

You can walk out the door and be at Monument Circle in a few minutes, head to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for a game or concert, walk to dinner on Mass Ave, or make your way to the Convention Center or Lucas Oil Stadium without having to drive across town.

At the end of the day, you can come back upstairs, settle into the living room and enjoy the skyline view.

If you want a comfortable place in the middle of downtown, with restaurants, sports, concerts and Indianapolis attractions close by, this is a hard location to beat.
