Stayed Mar 27, 2026Our original booking with Avi was removed due to damage from the last renters. Avi provided a replacement rental near the original location. This apartment was in a rundown undesirable location and was unacceptable. We were greeted by rapid fire gunshots in the distance. Unit was not clean, bedding was stained, spider nest in living room corner, filthy oven, animal chewed holes in deck walls, but worst of all was the toxic odor that resulted in extreme headaches within 5 minutes of being inside, which I suspect could be mold. This place is uninhabitable and should be reported to the health department.
