Cowgirl Dreams - Walk to Broadway, Pool, Gym

This property was perfect for our stay in downtown Nashville! Adorable place with comfy beds and a gorgeous view! It was so close to everything in The Gulch and while we could have walked to Broadway we would uber for less than 10. The pool has the MOST gorgeous view of the city. Everything was absolutely delightful!

Didn’t really go to the pool. It rained on the day we were going to go. It is a 3 ft pool, not for swimming more for lounging. The shower liners need to be changed in both bathrooms. The washer had to be wiped out before we used it. It had a slimy mold on the rubber seal which is common on front load washers. It also appears that there was a repair in the hallway bathroom and there are handprints on the wall. Beds are really hard. Way to may pillows everywhere! The projector never came in focus so we could not watch anything in the living room. Location was great. Coffee was at Prickly pear next door, and tacos across the street at Federales. Internet was fast, reliable and secure.

The property cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was hair from a previous guest in the shower and on the bathroom floor behind the trash can. There was soap from a previous guest in the shower and the shower curtain liners were very dirty. We had to wash the frying pan before we used it due to baked on food. The makeup table lights were dead and we needed to charge them. One of our keys didn’t work, but we were able to replace it downstairs.Other than that, the location was nice and the parking was easy and secure. Host was responsive. Beds were comfortable.

The space was perfect for a girls trip to Nashville! The area and building felt safe and are just a block or two from so many great restaurants! The apartment was clean and so cute! As good, if not better, than the pictures! Me and all my friends will definitely be booking again if visiting Nashville again.

Everything about the property and our stay was wonderful except the broken key fob access to the outside entrances and elevator. While trying to unload our car, in all of the hustle and bustle of trying to get into the building elevator while we had it open and could access it, one of my guests tripped over the tiny raised incline by the elevator entrance and had a terrible fall. The fall resulted in her hitting her face and shoulder on the elevator entrance and further falling into the elevator. Wasn't the ideal way to start the trip. This is more of a building issue than a host issue. Overall wonderful property!

The unit is decorated very cute. Great for photos! The apartment complex is nice and good location, however the overall cleanliness of the complex and unit were disappointing. There was a used wine glass on the windowsill, some mold in the master shower and shower liners and not sure the bedding in the king size bed were not changed from prior guests, as the sheets were dirty. The toilet bowls are moldy and dirty (at the rim). There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, cans and other garbage under the one double bed. In addition, the trash disposal area in the complex was overflowing and very dirty, as well as the elevator floor was extremely dirty as well each day. Overall it was great place, but not sure we would stay in this building again.
