Cowboy Take Me to Broadway - 2bed/2bath

Everything was great. If you are a smoker there is no smoking anywhere on the property. I would stay again very short walks to food and entertainment.

We chose this place for its location and the great reviews. The Gulch area is by far the best when visiting Nashville! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and Broadway is about a mile walk or a short uber. Amanda was great at communicating with for check in and during our stay. Regarding the check in process, it wasn’t as bad as others had mentioned. The unit itself was spotless and plenty of room for 2 couples with a cute balcony. The spacious gym was very clean with plenty of equipment. We didn’t use the pool, but did check it out. It had plenty of lounge chairs but you do need to bring your own towel. The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 was due to the cargo train running all night long right in back of the unit. I am a very light sleeper so I could hear its every move. Plus the trains horn would go off between 3-5am. Also, the street that the unit is on is quite busy so we could hear cars buzzing by and people stumbling and laughing between 12-2am. We bought ear plugs which helped. If you’re not a light sleeper, this place is for you! I would definitely stay in this building again, but would choose a unit on the other side of the building.

Stayed for one week in April, received comprehensive details from the host on how to enter the building and apartment, which at first look quite complicated but in actual fact were detailed and quite easy to follow. Apartment was ideally located within easy reach of local shops and restaurants and an easy 20 minute walk to Broadway. The apartment was well equipped and has everything needed it was clean and generally in good condition. We loved the Gulch area and preferred this to Downtown or Broadway, would definitely recommend this apartment as a good base to explore the city.

Fabulous location - everything was very walkable. The home itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed (and more). My only criticism, and it's a small one, was the noise. Outside noise and noise from the properties above were a little much at times. But that's the trade off with being smack dab in the middle of a cool city.

We did an extended stay in this unit and really enjoyed our time. The location is wonderful and the secure parking was very nice. The unit was quiet and comfortable. We loved the mattress on the king sized bed. Having the gym right across the hall was a nice bonus. We would be happy to stay there again when we come back.

The host Amanda was a great communicator and very helpful. Not a huge deal, but we didn't know it was a wheelchair accesible property so the counters were very low.

The place was well kept, clean, and pretty quiet. Lots of amenities - gym, outdoor space, etc. great location…quick 20 minute walk to downtown, and minutes to nearby places for shopping and food. Would definitely recommend!

Not clean. No fan or lights in second bedroom, had to use bedside lamps. Bed in second room moved every time you rolled over.

This was the best location! Walking distance to many nice shops and restaurants! We loved being away from the craziness of Broadway but an easy uber ride if we did want to head into the madness! Loved the gulch area and would stay here again for sure!

Great location, 6 blocks to Broadway with other bars and restaurants within the Gultch. The condo had everything we needed. Would recommend this place to others.

Overall good location. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The condo needs to be cleaned and restocked with drinking glasses and wine glasses.

Thebhbut we stayed in was great! The train is a little noisy but you get used to it. Walking distance to nearly everything, we would definitely stay again.

Two couples getting away to Nashville for the first time. This unit located in the Gulch area was perfect for our situation. The location was ideal with quick walkable access to Broadway. The local amenities in the Gulch were a great bonus.

We had a wonderful visit!! Everything was fantastic! The only issue we had was there was construction directly outside the condo and we were on the first floor. Obviously this isn’t a permanent thing. The location was in walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and shops!

2 bedroom/ 2 bath property exactly as advertised. Location close enough to all the bars and venues but far enough away to relax. Will certainly return.

We had a great 4 days in Nashville! Highly recommend the Gulch area and Pine Street Apartments! Milk and Honey was our favorite breakfast restaurant. We walked to Broadway everyday. We will be coming back to Nashville again for sure!!
