This is a small apartment with 2 single beds, ideal for somewhere to lay your head and get a bite to eat, not any good for hanging out in all day !! Apartment is on 1st floor with a flight of stairs to gain access. Great for sleeping and to use as base while visiting the wonderful South of Ireland.

Stayed Mar 10, 2025We stayed here for the first leg of our trip, and it was a wonderful break from the bustling city while still being within a 30 minute drive to Cork (and Cobh is even closer). It was a wonderful home base with a lot of charm and a gorgeous view (and very cute animals :) ). Shirley was accommodating of our late check-in time and made us feel very welcome and taken care of.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We only stayed for three days, but we had a great time. We especially loved the view and the atmosphere of the charming farmhouse. If any of our friends and family travel to the south of Ireland in the future, we’ll be sure to recommend this place! Thanks again for everything!

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Shirley's abode is adorable and lovely. Our apartment had everything we needed in it. The animals living on the property are very sweet and kind. I do wish our neighbors were more mindful about quiet hours from 11pm-8am, but that's no fault from Shirley. If we're ever in the area again, we are keeping this place in mind. Thank you so much for having us!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024This property has a beautiful view from the front of the house. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was clean and a good size. The WiFi can be a bit of a challenge as the signal was weak in our room. Also, ensure that you stock up well with supplies in Cobh as there are no stores or restaurants close by. Very friendly and helpful hosts.
