Stayed Feb 19, 2026Enjoyed our stay at Cotton Beach Residences. Overall the apartment was very clean however some attention to upholstery cleaning could be better. Photos are accurate, the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is quiet along with the complex. Parking is convenient. Appliances worked well, private plunge pool was very enjoyable. Overall the complex is very well maintained. Would stay again.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024We spent a few days relaxing at Cotton beach and enjoyed it so much. It unit is well appointed and the complex is wonderful. The gardens and pool area is so relaxing and the facilities at the complex are a real bonus. the area is quiet, so close to the beach with walking tracks and shopping facilities very close by. Just perfect
