Welcome to the Flamingo House! Newly renovated building in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge close to Old Spanish Town neighborhood, LA State Capital, and much more.



The Space:

One (1) queen bedroom and one (1) full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Apartment is located on the second floor of the building - guests must be able to safely scale 2 flights of stairs. Items for personal hygiene (i.e. shampoo,conditioner, body soap) not provided.

*Early check in / late check out is an additional $30, subject to availability*



Guest Access:

The apartment has a wifi enabled keypad. Custom codes for use during your stay will be generated and provided the morning of arrival

Spanish Town Parade Route - 2 minute walk

Raising Canes River Center - 3 minute drive

LA State Capital - 12 minute walk

River Center of Preforming Arts - 4 minute drive

LSU's Museum of Art & Science - 5 minute drive

LSU Tiger's Stadium - 10 minute drive

LSU Alex Box Stadium - 11 minute drive



Other Things to Note:

1. Primary renter must be 21+ years of age

2. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside of the apartment, building common areas, or on property grounds.

3. No parties or large gatherings.

4. Unregistered pets are not permitted. ESAs must be approved prior to booking as they may not always be accommodated. Additional fees apply.

5. Guest will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the Guest to repair/replace the damaged item(s) to include stained or damaged bedding/linens.



OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Property occupancy limits are determined by the fire code and fire safety restrictions, as well as any local statutes or ordinances. All Guests are required to comply with the maximum occupancy limits applicable to the Property reserved.
