Cottage Good Friends DIJON downtown. 70 m², 6 people Large south terrace, parking.

It was a pleasure to stay here, house was clean, nice, well equiped, also for baby and young kid all very wel. Enjoyed it.

The apartment was clean and modern. It was close walking to a grocery store and half and hour walk to the core of Dijon. The rooftop patio was great. Read the posting closely, there is a charge of 15 euros for each set of bed linen and a 60 euro cleaning fee unless you clean the apartment to the same standard when you leave. Also there are not 3 bedrooms, rather 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room that can be used. The host was easy to communicate with.

Good location.

Terraces were very large and perfect for the warm weather. The flat was large and comfortable. The front door to the building was glass and it was smashed. It was propped open when we arrived but was closed and locked with the smashed glass for the rest of the time. Unfortunately, we were not given a key to the front door and had to rely on luck and the neighbours to let us in. Also, we were told we had to pay 15 Euros for sheets. Not sure how they expected us to bring sheets from Canada! I would suggest it be included in the price. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

One stayed 1 night as passing through, apartment was clean, spacious and a 20 minute walk to the centre of Dijon. No aircon and when we were there it was very, very hot, there was one fan in the main livening area but the bedrooms could have had a fan too. The listing states 3 bedrooms however it was a 2 bed apartment with sofa bed in the lounge.

Nice, modern apartment located within a 20 minute walk of Dijon centre. Apartment has all the required facilities and outside a nice terrace ideal for al fresco eating. Off street parking which very helpful. Nathalie was very quick replying and answering any questions we had both during and after the booking. The only negative was the proximity of the train tracks which could at times be very noisy.
