Cottage by the Sea Unit A Indian Rocks Retreat- 3-Minute Walk to Beach- King Bed

Excellent host, excellent place.

We rented for 4 nights. Arrived to an extremely clean unit, everything within walking distance. Access to the beach was close and they provided a wagon to easily transport the beach chairs they also provided. Parking in back was great. I will be recommending this unit to family and friends for sure!

A very easy half block from beach access. We were loaded down with chairs and cooler and it was a very easy walk. The beach is beautiful! A really nice bonus is that our area of beach seemed less crowded than a quarter mile in either direction. Our unit was on the ground level. It was comfy, clean, and conveniently located. We parked our car and walked everywhere, which is much easier than trying to find parking elsewhere! There's a full sized fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, too! A covered patio in the back has room for 6 at the table so you can catch a nice breeze while relaxing or having a snack. We are already looking forward to a longer return visit soon!!

Room for parking was a plus. Walk to beach, bars, restaurants. Unit is furnished with all the necessities.

Our host accommodated a request for an early check-in. Thank you. The unit was clean;bath towels, beach towels and sand chairs were of the highest quality. The best part was the three minute walk to the beach; not an exaggeration; a morning walk, home for lunch, an afternoon of beach reading, home for tea. Several nice eateries very nearby.

This place was perfect for my girlfriend and I. It was a very short walk to the beach and we were able to watch the sunset over the gulf all 4 nights we stayed. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and making sure we were happy. We will be staying here again if we come back to Indian Rocks Beach

Mike was a great host. Was very flexible with getting us booked last minute. I'd highly recommend this for any couples looking for a 2 person vacation. Close to the beach, 3 minute walk wasn't an exaggeration! We didn't have a cooler so we would just walk back for lunch and drinks. Walked to a different spot for dinner every night.

This place was perfect for my last minute trip. It's everything that I needed, and the perfect size to not be overwhelmed with alot to cleanup on my way out. The location is great if you are planning on visiting Clearwater, St. Pete or Tampa. The hosts were extremely easy to work with and the place was very clean. Highly recommend!

Communication with host was over the text messaging and he responded promptly and tried to help with all related questions. The property located just 2 min from the Indian rocks beach access. As it is between st. Pete beach and Clearwater beach you can easily drive there if you have car.

Loved this place, so we extended our stay for an extra week! Super easy communication with the property owner. Love the close location to everything, very easy walk to the beach! Great little spot for a small family.

Really liked this place. It was clean and very close to the beach. It was also very affordable. The owners instructions for directions and entry to the house were excellent and easily followed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay

Very nice apartment. Great parking which has been an issue at other places we have stayed in Indian Rocks. Not directly on beach but less than 3 min walk. Would definitely stay again.
