Cottage 1 br/1 bath, 500 sft

Great place to stay. Small but just enough space for two. 4/5 only because of the host being unprepared for our arrival.

The property was as described, clean and safe! The hosts were amazing. We had a great time renting this place and would definitely recommend to others-it’s so close and convenient to so many things!

My boyfriend, my son and I stayed here for 3 nights and had such a great time! We enjoyed bbqing, swimming in the pool and the place was clean, set up nicely and perfect for our little family! Can’t wait to stay there again in a couple months!

We hope we get to stay here again in the future! The place was clean & very well maintained. All appliances worked well & the wifi was reliable. Being able to park on the driveway was a huge plus (even though there’s plenty of street parking). There’s not much to walk to in the area, which was not a problem for us since we had our car. But something to think about if you’re traveling without a vehicle.

I didn't like that I couldn't watch TV for a few days during my visit.

The apartment met my expectations. It was clean and comfortable and had what I needed. The host was very responsive.

Home was cozy and welcoming as soon as we arrived. Home was very clean and host was quick to response and provided info right away. Location of the home is right by all major freeways.

Unit was clean and close to family. Kitchenette well stocked. Ice also provided (but we did not use). It was a relaxing stay. No complaints. Host promptly answered questions and was very personable.

Beautiful place in an easy to access location

Property owner was clear on communication and the check in process was seamless. Property itself was really clean, cozy, and quiet. I had the pleasure of meeting the family on my way out for dinner and they were super friendly as well! Will definitely be returning in a future visit to San Diego!

I just completed an excellent stay at Jorge's place. From when I first wrote to him before booking to departing, Jorge was a perfect host - communicative, helpful, friendly professional. This was a nice property in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated being able to park on the property, next to the entrance gate. Access to the apartment was easy and secure. It had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the big shower.

This was a wonderful stay and I hope to be back. Jorge and his family were responsive and welcoming, flexible, and the property itself is immaculate. Everything you could need in a stay is provided. One of the best travel experiences I’ve had!

This is our 2nd time staying here, and hopefully not our last. Jorge and his family are very accommodating! Parking is a breeze, the AC works great, all appliances do as well! There’s a nice private patio and plenty of space for all of your belongings! It’s super close to grocery and some good restaurants as well. Having the gas station 4 blocks away is nice too.

The place was clean, a little smaller than it looked. The only problem was the garage was right above the bedroom, up and down quite a lot. Owner used garage instead of the front door, it was not great to have it used so frequently ?
