We had a nice stay - the flat is in a good location with small shops, patisseries, cafes etc nearby and close to bus and metro stops. The flat is small but okay; there is only 1 bedroom (w/ two beds) and a sofa bed so we were a bit cramped with 4 adults. The kitchen is basic with an electric hob and microwave but we found it more than good enough for us. If coming as a couple we would happily stay here again.

The apartment was very cheap and the contact to the owner was excellent. Nonetheless there were a few things, that were not that nice which I already told the owner of the apartment. The apartment was not ver clean. Glasses very dirty, the bedside table was dirty to. it smelled in the apartment. Some furnitures needed to be fixed. The table and a chair are wobbling. The drawer of the wardrobe is broken. The knives were blunt and inside the kettle black something came out of it. The skirting board should be fixed,too. Last but not least, the apartment was way more than 10 minutes from the station Opera. You need at about 10 minutes to walk to the Metro station nearby the apartment. Nevertheless we enjoyed our trip Paris.
