Come kick back and enjoy the island vibes in this newly renovated condo right in Coronado Village and also just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Coronado Beach.

After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local restaurants, or taking a boat ride around San Diego bay, come back and chill out by the BBQ, or inside enjoying the smart TV or relaxing on the king bed.

-The property is nestled in the famous Coronado Village, just steps to fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches.
- The couch in the living room folds into a queen sleeper.
-We have a limited number of parking spots in a private garage for $25 per night, depending on availability. Let us know if you would like to reserve one! (The parking garage's clearance is 6 feet, 6 inches.)
-Freshly renovated, upper-level second story unit right across the bay from downtown San Diego with a king-sized bed. A fold-out queen couch is available to accommodate two more guests.
-Enjoy the at-home movie experience with a 55 Smart TV in the living room.
-Enjoy the private bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen.
-Kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker.
-Relaxing patio out back to enjoy under the Cali sun.
-There is a shared coin washer and dryer at the complex for the unit.
-This unit has wall-mounted (mini-split) air conditioning unit in the bedroom.
-Each unit comes with a beach wagon which includes beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys!

Located in the heart of Coronado’s picturesque downtown, B Ave Bungalows offer are located in the heart of Coronado,a block from the island’s main street of Orange Avenue, which offers a number of boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and more. We are also only steps away from one of the country’s most beautiful beaches.

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and protect your stay:
-Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removal pads for your convenience!
-Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them:
---No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking)
----No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking)
----We have technology that- ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please help us out and do not remove/unplug any hardware at the property, as this may incur additional fees.
----Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash and place it in the proper trash cans outside. Gray = Trash, Blue = Recycling, Green = Yard waste.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.

    This condo was a great price for the location and time of year! We loved the location, the decor, and the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, filtered water pitcher, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, etc.) The biggest issue was the sofa bed. The pull out sofa bed looked ok, but was almost unbearable to sleep on. I know sofa beds are not usually super comfortable. However, this one is essentially unusable and basically needs replaced ASAP. Otherwise, a great place in a great place!

    This is on the second floor of a 4-plex, about 1/2 block off a main street where there are restaurants, bars, and coffee shops galore. Fortunately, the big bank on the main street in front of this building means you don't get the street noise. It is also only about 2-3 short blocks from the beach. Obviously in a prime location like this, space is at a premium. This is not a big apartment, and I think 4 adults would be a real squeeze. But it is perfect for 2 adults. There is also a nice courtyard area behind this building, between it and another similar place also used for vacation rentals. The courtyard has a shared BBQ grill and a shared table and seating area. Also a hose to spray the sand off when returning from a beach walk. The units seemed mostly full while we were there, but still there was always a spot to sit in the courtyard. On the pro side about vacationing in Coronado Island, it seemed very safe at all hours. The beach is well maintained, as is the town. There is very little litter, and lots of great places to eat and drink. There is a nice bike rental shop, Little Sam's, about 1.5 block away to rent cruiser bikes to explore the island. Many bike paths, wide streets and slow speed limits for cars make this an ideal bike town. On the con side, the beaches were closed while we were there due to contamination. The closer the beach is to Mexico, the worse the water quality. San Diego tests the water and posts signs about whether or not it's safe.

    We normally stay in hotels when we visit, but this trip we wanted to get the feeling of living in Coronado. This unit fit the bill. Overall, it surpassed our expectations. It was clean and the layout was very nice and functional. It is centrally located and walking to locations at either end of the island was easy. Following are a couple of things that kept me from giving the unit 5 stars Bathroom was small very little room to store toiletries, the shower was really tight. Balcony was nice, but only fit one chair and overlooked the courtyard. The kitchen amenities were just ok, stove was nice, the cooking utensils, pots and pans provided were old and marginal, I wasn't inspired to cook there. There were beach chairs/toys provided in a wagon for our use Nice touch, however, the wagon was located upstairs outside of our door. The stairs were very steep and i don't know how you would get this metal wagon full of items up and down the stairs safely. I thought that trying was dangerous. It would have been nice if all the beach wagons were on the ground floor.

    Smaller than expected. However we loved it. Had my mother and son w me. Had a few hiccups but nothing that would have made our stay less wonderful. Easily walk to restaurants and the Del Coronado Hotel. Easy check in and property management was easily contacted. I’d definitely stay here again. If you’re upstairs be aware the stairs are steep. They provided beach toys,towels and a wagon for our use. My little one just loved it as he played daily. Truly enjoyed the space.

    Love this little place! Great location. Nicely remodeled, very cozy, perfect for two people. Only complaint is that it is so darn expensive to stay in Coronado. Would go more often if we could afford it!
