Easy check in and a great location. Close to lots of sights and metro lines, but in a quieter neighborhood.

We had a great stay - the unit was well appointed. The host was very informative and helpful.

The condo was very clean. The location was excellent. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

It’s a great place for a group of friends or family wanting to see the city. We didn’t cook or stay there much other than sleeping and getting ready because it’s in a prime location to see all the sites. But it was clean and served our needs well. There’s even a darling coffee shop in the lobby with some of the best coffee abs breakfast sandwiches we’ve had! The hosts were great at communicating and were very accommodating which we really appreciated. The building staff were very kind and friendly too. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great location in walking distance to restaurants and shopping, along with lakefront. Rooftop patio was a great gathering place for evening cocktail and morning coffee.

Nice property in good location. One of two fobs didn’t work. One bedroom was warm with no a/c. Another bedrooms a/c didn’t adequately cool it down.

Have stayed in numerous hotels in Chicago. Decided to book one place all could stay for a girls trip. The location was fabulous, can walk to lake, shopping, dining, Lincoln park, etc…rooftop was gorgeous. Checkin and access super easy. Coffee shop super cute on first floor. Plenty of room for 4 women. Clean and comfortable. The only issue was it was pretty warm in the unit, we had the AC units going all day and night-requested extra fans and were happy to receive them. The building is old so there isn’t central air.

We had a great stay—traveled with teens and elder mom and it was perfect for all…the lounge in the building was ideal for teens and my mom had privacy. Easy to walk to shops and quick to get transpo. The building is generally quiet and the apartment was light airy and cute. My only note is the gym could have been cleaner.

Five of us went into Chicago for a week vacation and this was a perfect size spot for us and the location was ideal for what we were in town for.

This was a great weekend trip with my family. The location of the property was perfect for downtown Chicago. Felt safe, parking was easy and the size and amenities were wonderful. The door was a little tricky at first but we got the hang of it. The host was very informative leading up the trip and everything was as they said it would be. The lake view and rooftop access made it all even better! Would book again!

Apartment was great and perfect for a family needing personal space for everyone. So much more relaxing than going the hotel route! Location was convenient to the Pier, shopping and great places to eat while the neighborhood was a quiet spot away from the hustle. Loved the coffee shop in the lobby too!!

It was a great place for our family of five to stay. Nothing to complain about. Questions were answered quickly. Staff of building were polite. Neighborhood was great. Very short walk to a convenience store for a few things. I would recommend.

I took my daughter and couple friends for a birthday weekend in Chicago. This property was perfect for us. The location couldn’t be better. Easy to walk so many places. We parked our car upon arrival in one of the suggested garages on Spot Hero (as recommended) and didn’t use it again until we checked out. We had a minor issue with the lock on the apartment door, and communication with the host and getting it fixed went very smoothly. Host was easily available and responded quickly. Just so all are aware (as mentioned in a previous review), the showers were finicky, as was getting the heaters set to give us a comfortable temperature. However, this was insignificant to us and would not deter us from staying again.We would definitely recommend this property!

My daughter scheduled her birthday trip to Chicago for a Harry Potter play and many great dining experiences. This 3BR 2 BA apartment was perfect for us. Very spacious, in a quiet neighborhood but super walkable too. We would definitely come back!

This apartment, located near the lake and The Magnificent Mile, provided a comfortable stay for five nights. While the apartment boasts a stylish, modern aesthetic and convenient access to key attractions, a few minor issues prevented a perfect 5-star rating. Upon arrival, we noticed some cleanliness concerns, including remnants of nuts on the counter and unvacuumed floors in the living room and hallway entryway. Additionally, several venetian blinds were malfunctioning, and there was peeling paint on a couple of ceilings. We also experienced slow drainage in the bathroom and kitchen sinks as well as the dishwasher. Additionally, there were a couple of broken soap dispensers and broken shelves and plant pots. Although the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, basic provisions like salt, pepper, and oil were not provided, and laundry soap was also absent. These minor inconveniences, coupled with the dim lighting in the dining room, detracted slightly from the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the apartment's prime location, comfortable furnishings, and the building's excellent amenities, including a rooftop deck, gym, and billiard room, make it a worthwhile choice. However, considering the price point, our expectations were slightly higher. While we've awarded many 5-star reviews as frequent VRBO users, a 4-star rating still signifies a good experience. Don't hesitate to consider this apartment for your stay, but be aware of the minor issues mentioned.

Perfect location in Chicago close to shopping and attractions. Spacious 3 bedroom. Loved the rooftop deck and weather was great during our visit so we spent a lot of time there. Would stay again.

Great place, loved out stay! Only negative the roof top patio was not up to par, 90% of the string lights were out.

We enjoyed a great 2-night stay in this corner apartment. Communication with the host was excellent and checkin/checkout were simple. The unit offers wonderful views of Lake Michigan (especially from the rooftop lounge) and is within an easy walk, Lift/Uber ride, or bike ride to anywhere you want to go in the heart of Chicago.

Experience 10/10. Staywell (host) was extremely responsive, prompt, and made the process seamless. Location 10/10. Very safe neighborhood. Great coffee shop downstairs. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, beach, Navy Pier, etc. Rooftop 10/10. Great views. Apartment 9/10. Modern and clean, looks exactly like the listing photos. A little wear and tear but otherwise great. Shower head is low but has a detachable showerhead. The building 7/10. Quite dated, common area space is average (Nothing to complain about. Simply setting expectations). Would definitely stay here again!
