Contemporary Studio Close to Beach

The hosts were wonderful. They were friendly but not intrusive. The space was great, clean and well appointed. A definite return stay.

This is a lovely studio with micro and fridge which you only need for snacks because there are a wealth of dining opportunities within a few miles in any direction. Miriam was a gracious host, checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed but still giving us privacy. There is a lovely patio area with couch, table and chairs. The neighborhood is fun to walk in and the beach is a little over a mile away. We will be sure to stay with Miriam any time we are in the LA area.

We had a short but sweet stay in Torrance. We were in town for my sister's baby shower and the studio provided a clean, quiet and safe place to chill and sleep for our weekend trip. The space was immaculately clean, which I really appreciated. And although we weren't there during the day very much, it also had great light with a lot of big windows (with blinds). Would highly recommend.

The cottage had everything we needed. The location is wonderful - short drive to beautiful beaches and many restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. The garden is lovely. Miriam is a great host and was so accommodating. We want to return!

it was definitely not a cottage, more like a chalet, not much room inside. my son had a small sofa bed to sleep on the first night. we shared my big bed after that, the bed was very comfy and huge.. Heating did not warm the room. Only a coffee machine, so we had to supply our own kettle to boil water for tea. this so called cottage was in this persons back garden like a converted shed, and it was about a mile and a quarter from the sea. I was so disappointed with it and that I had paid good money for I just broke down and cried

Good place to stay for short visit. I was in town doing some pilot training and the place was perfect for that.

Quaint, clean cottage. Excellent location & parking. The cottage had everything that we needed, including linens, hair dryer, coffee machine, and TV. The only down side was that the Wi-Fi was extremely slow.

Nice little casita, private entrance, close to everything, good neighborhood. Accommodating and friendly host!

Very nice and quiet place to stay in a nice neighborhood very close to the beach. Everything was so lovely and so cozy. Although our stay was short, we look forward to staying at Miriam’s place on our next visit!

This little studio is a hidden gem! My husband and I loved it. The charming place came ready with everything you might need for a comfy stay. We opened the door in the morning to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, listen to the birds and enjoy the beautiful back yard. We are so thrilled to have found this special place with close proximity to our family and all the fun things to do in this beach community. And the owners are wonderful. We will be back!

This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Plenty of parking, quietly tucked away a d so very welcoming & peaceful. Very accessible to shops, beaches and freeways. If you have ever watched those real estate shows you would know ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). Perfect description for this studio. Clean and quiet. Simple check-out process.

Miriam was a wonderful host. We had easy in/out access. The place was beautiful and we had a great night sleep. I appreciated all the details and snacks. Cool and cozy ?

This is our second stay and it will not be our last. Perfect for us, comfortable, close to everything we need. Even has outdoor space to play with our granddaughter.

The host was very nice when I met her. The place was very nice, clean, quiet neighborhood and had everything I needed for this much needed getaway. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. Great location and many places near by for whatever you need. Can not wait to go back again !!
