Our stay at the Lucca property was excellent. The home was charming, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the historic city. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and comfortable experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great property. It’s close to everything, in fact, we found our favorite restaurant Marzo just steps away from the front door. Everybody was nice when we got there. Helpful told us exactly what we needed to do. We had plenty of space for everybody, including the kids highly recommend!

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable beds for all eight adults in our party. The communication with Lucca Apartments was excellent and the in person check in was much appreciated. We were provided with lots of information including recommendations for a private chef who cooked us a wonderful meal. The apartment is in the perfect location,within walking distance from cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. It is also walking distance (15 mins) from the train station for days out, including a half hour journey to Pisa. There is so much to do in Lucca - we filled a week with churches, museums, galleries and a lovely walk on the old town walls.

The apartment was beautiful and welcoming. All of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They desperately need to be replaced. The washers were not great. They didn’t work very well. It took all day to dry my clothes. Please install smoke alarms!

We are very happy with our stay and the apartment was exactly what was described in the listing. Lucca is a beautiful and historic city with lots of great restaurants and shopping. Check in was smooth and we really appreciated having the air-conditioning throughout the entire apartment. The apartment is located within a short walk of the train station but if you arriving by car, long term parking is a good 15 minute walk away as the historic town of Lucca is a ZTL zone.

More time is the only thing we wished for in the wonderful city of Lucca at the perfect apartment of Lucca Apartments and Villas. The apartment lacks for nothing. Beautiful, efficient and comfortable, it is well positioned in the city for any activity. The taxi stand is also only steps away, but we walked from the train station very easily.

Elizabeth was super friendly and helpful at check in. The apartment is much bigger than the pictures show, it is peaceful and in the perfect location to explore the city by foot. We absolutely loved being here and we will be back! Thank you

We were a group of 8 ladies on a long weekend break and all had a wonderful stay in Lucca. The apartment was perfect and the beds super comfy. It is in a central location so was ideal. We walked everywhere! Elizabeth, our Concierge & Guest Experience Specialist, was superb, she was always very helpful and available.

This place absolutely exceeding our expectations. The decor, amenities, location, and attention to detail were outstanding. The furniture was very high end, and the instructions were detailed and correct. Lucca is a little complicated to stay (parking/trash rules/italian kitchens, etc..) but the detailed instructions explained everything. They met us at the apartment and explained everything, and even when we left and closed the door and forgot one bag, they came back right away and opened the door for us! The apartment was super spacious and very well laid out, the bathrooms large, living areas comfortable and very well designed. It looked like the place was recently remodeled for someone with alot of money who wants to spend some quality time in Lucca. The a/c worked great, but you could open the windows and it was very quiet. The place is a 10 min walk to the car park, but it's central in Lucca and you can walk everywhere in a few minutes.

Location is quiet still close to restaurants, shops and city walls for a walk. Actually there are two appartements with a common large dinner area perfect for two families or a group. The decoration is high class. Hard to say things were almost perfect
