Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were really disappointed in our stay here. Here's the positive: it's in a great location and it's spacious. On the other hand, the communication with the host is TERRIBLE...that is, there was NO communication with them other than the pre-written directions to check in and the follow up thanks for staying with us. I messaged the host a day before our arrival AND the day of our arrival to ask about bag storage because we were arriving early on check in day. NO RESPONSE. We ended up communicating with the cleaning crew via translator to figure out if everything was all set with the room. When we entered, there was a bag of garbage on the steps going in that was never picked up (we ended up bringing it to a trash can nearby after day two). We went to Whole Foods the day we arrived and bought cheese and crackers, fruit, yogurts, drinks etc and put them all away only to realize the next morning the the fridge was not running at all. It was warm inside and we had to discard all of our perishable foods. We sent a message about that as well with NO RESPONSE. The apartment appearance? Clean but not well cared for (paint peeling, stucco crumbling around tub, etc) One of our towels was dirty with dark, crusty stains on it (yuck); half of the light bulbs are out etc - the apartment just doesn't seem well cared for. It's a great location and spacious, but they need to pay attention to the little details and communication. So many better places to stay in Chicago.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026This place is such a catfish. The pictures are clearly AI. The furniture isn’t even the same as what is pictured. The walls are dirty, the bathroom floor tiles are uneven, the vents have never been cleaned, the towels seem like they are from the dollar store. We honestly were going to let all that go until the only toilet in the unit would no longer flush. We reached out to the host with him basically telling us to try and fix it?? And saying we weren’t pressing the button for the toilet right (mind you, we had been using it for a day and a half just fine). I felt as if we should have some compensation for not having a toilet for 17 hours but after reaching out to the host and VRBO the host said that WE were not responsive - after he stopped responding!

Stayed Aug 3, 2025VERY good location if you are going to a cubs game! I would definitely recommend staying here, walking distance to stadium, subway and a few stores to get drinks and snacks. Not very good places to eat unless we just didn’t find them. A lot of bars. A nice walk to the lake. We felt very safe and had a nice time watching the people from our front steps. Cleanliness is based on how you live. Some ppl would’ve thought it was very clean, I think it could’ve been cleaner, just depends on what you think is clean. Host didn’t respond until the next day when I asked if we could check in early, but we did anyway and there wasn’t a problem.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025This rental property was easy to find, easy to access & easy to get to Wrigley Field! It’s only just one block away from the stadium! The condo had extremely comfortable beds/bedding, as well. The Red Line train is just outside the property, so my family & I were nervous about the noise level inside. However, we were very pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was inside. We couldn’t hear anything outside! We will definitely stay here again when we go to another Cubs game!

Stayed Mar 27, 2024Upon arrival the property was dirty and very misrepresented and smelled like SMOKE to the point where we had to leave. Contacted RYAN the owner and and told him about my concerns, and he gave me the run around and then stopped responding. After contacting VRBO to help, he got a hold of him and he hung up on them. I also fell when one of their chairs broke and the first thing he said was can you send a picture of the chair, not are you okay. We left after 2 hours and he never responded with any solutions. I have yet to receive my money back and have been trying to contact the company. Steer clear of Envisage Management, LLC, absolutely no business being in the hospitality business.
