Contemporary 2 Bedroom Close to Downtown, Dining

This property was great!!! My only discomfort was the portable air conditioner did not keep the living room cool at all throughout the day and we had on the lowest setting But portable air conditioners in the rooms if you kept the door shut kept the rooms cool The outside temperature was in high 80’s during my stay But it was spacious and had room for the family that stopped by to visit

Very cutely done-had everything you could need but you can hear the people who live next door (apartment is connected to main house) very loudly. Cupboards closing-conversations-didn’t feel very private at times.

Host was very communicative; the place was spotless and a good size for my daughter and me; it's pretty close to downtown without any noise from the university, any bars or the train tracks. Don't know if we'll ever go back down to Eugene but would stay again if we did.

The house was very cute and cozy. The living room sleeper sofa was more appropriately sized for kids, which wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for others. Communication from the host was great. I was definitely recommend this place!

The place was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was less than desirable; however, it was close to a very good restaurant. The beds were not comfortable nor the pillows. The host was pretty responsive by text but not by calling. We had to go buy batteries for the remote, but we were reimbursed. Overall it was fine but be aware of the location and the host appears to live out of town so may not be quickly available.

Everything was perfect! Check in and check out were super easy. The place was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. I would definitely stay here again on a trip to Eugene. Also close proximity to the airport which helped us a lot. Very responsive host, quiet neighborhood, perfect!

I really loved our spot! It was clean, loved the decor, all the pictures repped on the VRBO website, were accurate. Getting to the location was easy and I loved being close to good eats. The space is how we could visit with family and not feel confined to a small room, like hotel rooms. That is why I love VRBO!

This was a pretty good staty. Eugene is odd , in that the dowtown is pretty spread out, so this is pretty close to a lot of things. We were able to walk to Ninkasa Brewing for dinner, so that was really nice. The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only issue we had was, that when we got there it was 50 degrees in the unit, and when we turned the heat on, with her instructions, it would blow cold air. We found some heaters, so plugged those in and went to dinner. Contacted her, she gave us suggestions, but never followed up on whether her suggestions worked, or if we had heat. That was not good. We were there for a play at the Hult Center, pretty close to that. Overall not bad, if you don't need heat. Ha Ha

This is a wonderful place to stay short or longer term. Nice neighborhood. Lovely home. Nice amenities! High recommend!

Great value stay in Eugene. Close to most attractions.

Our experience was excellent. We loved the spaciousness of the property. It was clean, cozy and the host was fantastic. I would recommend this property to every visitor to Eugene

Mom and I were coming into town for just the night and found the perfect spot! I’d highly recommend this quiet, well outfitted sweet spot on the back of their property. Nhan Was very quick to respond to any questions I had and made the check in process easy. The outer gate that opens into an inner front yard and porch allows for more privacy and the feeling of safety that we are typically looking for one away from home. My mother is in her early 80s and had no issues accessing the entire rental. She is not one to stay in short term rentals, but continuously commented on how cute and perfect it was for us while we were in town visiting our nephew at the University.

The place was clean and the host was very responsive to any needs we had. The place was very centrally located it didn't take longer than 10 minutes to get anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet spot in Eugene. Great home base for our windy visit. Close to breweries, restaurants, campus, etc. enjoyed our stay and our host was flexible with our early arrival.

Clean and spacious 2 bedroom. Location was a real plus. Only issue was getting the code for lockbox. VRBO helped us getting access code.

This place is a gem!!! So clean. So nicely decorated. So welcoming. I’m not a city girl at all. Driving around cities makes me anxious. Once inside this rental all that anxiety went away. Very close to Univ. of Oregon. Close to airport. Nice places to eat nearby. I would 100% rent again.

We really enjoyed our visit at this cute and cozy home. The location was very convenient to many great restaurants and a short drive to UO campus. Upon check-in the house was immaculate and exactly as described. I noticed other reviews mentioned issues with hot water but we had no problems at all. The check-in and out process was a breeze. Definitely recommend if you are in the Eugene area.
