Pet friendly. Clean and tidy. No outlook other than many many blocks of apartments and in the middle of a busy hilly city. We had to leave early for a long awaited hospital appointment.

The place and location were just wonderful, the experience was fantastic. Excellent host. Wouldn’t doubt returning next year.

Just what we needed.

Easy to book, Yolanda is an excellent communicator, and I felt like I had a nice home to come to each day.

Very close to supermarkets and to Old Town. We booked in August and there were a number of hot and sticky evenings. A small electric fan in the bedroom would have helped. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect.

We were very happy with this apartment in Oviedo - all necessary amenities were provided, excellent communication with Yolanda, who provided helpful information on hiking trails and language schools. Grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and bars are all nearby. We will return and recommend it highly. Thank you, Yolanda!

We spend 5 days in Oviedo in september 2017 to discover the aréa of the Asturies . we were impressed by Oviedo ,clean everywhere, with nice people the appartment was very clean , comfortable and quiet with all commodities. near of the center of the town and easy to reach ; we had the avantage of a parking just below the building. our host welcomed us and made everything to give us a nice stay . we recommand you this appartment. Very clean, comfortable, modest apartment with an excellent location. It is less than 3 blocks form the wonderful Oviedo Old Town City Center and from a fantastic park (Campo San Francisco) located in the heart of Oviedo. It is one block from a very nice supermarket, and is surrounded by good restaurants. Yolanda, the owner/manager, has very good English language skills and is very responsive to any questions you might have prior to arriving and to any requests you may have while renting one of her properties. In our case, she went well beyond the call of duty by picking us up at the Oviedo Bus Station when we ran into some problems. It was a nice gesture that started on our stay in Oviedo on a positive note. The apartment was well furnished, clean and very quiet. The house (while not too attractive from the outside) is lovely inside, excellently maintained with a janitor on location, tidy, clean and with friendly neighbours. There is affordable underground public/garage parking underneath the very building with access right next to the building's entrance door. It's 4 minutes walk to the lovely old town, 1 minute to a supermarket. The building itself is in a quiet street with predominantly residential traffic. The landlady welcomed us and showed us around. We found all we needed in the apartment including complimentary water and a carton of milk. The wifi worked well and was quick enough even for streaming. When it failed one day - as it can happen-, all it took was an sms and the problem was quickly resolved by the landlady. We loved Oviedo, both old and new neighbourhoods and never tired of it during the entire week we stayed. In fact, we were sad to leave and wil be certain to return.

Yolanda's apartment was spotless, well equipped, and almost eerily quiet. Yolanda met us, oriented us, and arranged a taxi for our early morning departure: a wonderful host. We would most definitely stay with her again. The apartment is about a ten minute walk from everything: the old city, the market, downtown. It is even closer to the amazing nature park with its kilometres of walkways. The train station is also nearby. There is a supermarket about a half block away from the apartment. It is a perfect setting for a restful holiday.
