Stayed Apr 2, 2022We had a 2 bedroom unit. The location is great, just a block from the beach and numerous restaurants within very close waling distance. The roof top pool was great, with music and expensive, but convenient drinks. I plan to go back again!

Stayed Jul 25, 2022We travel very often and this condo ( hotel) is overprice and here are the reasons: - floor very dirty ( our feet was black on the first day) - the walls are dirty, it´s all scratchy. On primer. - the ventilation is dirty too - we had a pillow with blood - the second « room » is not a room, more like a wardrobe. The bed is a couch. - Don’t go there if you are 6 because there’s only 4 wine glasses, 3 mugs, 4 chairs at the table. - there was no broom, no dishcloth, no oven gloves, no trashbag. we had to ask for it - terrace really dirty -no cleaning product -The location is great but really loud at night. - a lot of fees. The pool is great but too much crowded - only 2 beachchair with the reservation but no beach umbrella. If you want one it’s 25$ a day. On a positive note, the A/c is great. Good for the beach It’s not in our habits to complain but at this price it was really not worth it. Sorry

Stayed Jan 30, 2022We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Costa Hollywood. The building has nice amenities highlighted by the rooftop pool, beach chairs and onsite gym. The building is located in a great spot on the Hollywood promenade, with tons of bars & restaurants nearby. The beach is only steps away making it an easy choice to switch between the pool or beach whenever you want. This unit was on the 2nd floor near the elevator in the north building. Furniture wise it seems all units are the same. We had a bunch of chairs and tables on the balcony which was huge. The view was facing the intercoastal but the palm tree's and buildings made the view mostly of the street, though you can see a little bit of the water. The bed was comfortable, yet the couches look stylish but are not something to sit on for more than an hour or 2. We appreciated having multiple workspaces, plus there are additional common spaces throughout the building to work or take a call. I did see a lot of folks complaining in other reviews before I booked about the cost of parking and daily resort fee's. Yes, they aren't cheap but it’s convenient to drop your car with the valet when you arrive. They did get backed up retrieving the car on friday or saturday, otherwise it was fine. There are options to park in the Hollywood township lots down the street if you're looking to save a few $$. The resort fee gets you access to the rooftop pool, and towels, chairs at the beach, WIFI and access to the gym. Overall, the unit was good. Having booked 2 weeks we wanted to cook at home and eat in some nights. There is a decent size apartment fridge and freezer. Unfortunately, we found very little kitchen items if you’re a foodie and like to cook. We solved this with a few trips to the dollar store. Adding some additional basic kitchen items would be a huge improvement (prep knives that actually cut food, dish towels, oven mitts, hot plates, & basic cooking utensils). Having stayed in several homes/condos over the last few years, this was by far the least accommodating kitchen. I mentioned it to Stay Sol who said I didn't need to do that, and they would get the items back to me. I guess they didn't get the point the unit lacked basic supplies to live and eat in. I wonder if they have ever tried to cook a meal there. Restaurants wise we loved the Taco Beach Shack, The Taco Joint**, Giorgio’s Bakery & Bistro**, and many bars nearby. We had never been to Hollywood, but really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 21, 2022Not stocked with any amenities like face cloths, dish detergent, plastic trash bags or adequate kitchen appliances as advertised. was promoted as a 2 bedroom but it wasn't there was a large walk in closet with a sofa bed in it that was nasty, stained and uncomfortable. No window, no closet, no bureau, mirror, wastebasket or lamp. Decor was spartan. Loud and noisy from traffic and birds screeching at 5AM. Had to wait 2 hours to access room as it was not ready at 4 when I arrived. Very disappointing experience.

Stayed Sep 18, 2021Attending Miami vs Buffalo game after the recent passing of my brother who was an avid Miami fan, although from Upstate NY, we are Buffalo fans, we were finally able to make the trip with COVID delay! Great location, we even extended our stay a day to enjoy the beach, bay and boardwalk! The facility and staff were fantastic, as was our communication with the property contact. We did have to request addition linens to accommodate the 3rd bed/pullout, and wash clothes. There were no trash bags, the only tissues were used to make flower on top of the empty tissue box, I would suggest bringing the paper products you anticipate needing, the market across the street is very expensive. The restaurants, bar food to cuisine, and establishments are abundant with fabulous service! Nicks Bar and Billy’s Stone Crab were our favorites, and mornings at Giogiois Bistro…fantastic!!
