Condo Banana --- Beautiful Beach Bargain--- pet friendly.

Property was clean and well equipped, but right off the street with so much noise from construction. Pricey for just 17 hours. In the pics it appears that you can get a view of the beach but that’s not possible. All in all it was good for one night.

Such a great rental property steps from the ocean. A quick drive to downtown where most of the restaurants and shops are. The space was perfect for the two of us and our dog and had a great beachy vibe. Instructions to access the property were easy and it had a binder of need to know inside. Highly recommend this beachside vacation rental.

Great little beach house! The location is perfect & we could walk a short distance to the beach! Plus we were only 20 miles from Savannah & a couple hours from Charleston!

Property is small, but perfect for what we needed for three people on our two day stay. Clean, well maintained and stocked. Close to the beach with restaurants and convenience stores across the street.

Stay here if you are in need of a mega dose of beach vibe! Ted and Matthew made sure all the basics were covered and just a few steps from the beach and Sugar Shack. Easy access to anything we could think of. We will definitely come back for a longer visit.

A quick walk away to enjoy a spectacular sunrise over the ocean. Walked to dinner across the street and ice cream, too!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location. Close to the beach and close to restaurants. The house was comfortable and clean. The host was quick to respond to my questions. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Tybee.

Ted was very responsive to any inquiries. A notebook is in place and provides information about the place, heating, air, etc. The location is excellent. The place is clean. We appreciated we could have our dog with us. Enjoyed our stay.

The rental was outstanding. It was just right for 2 humans and 2 dogs. The host anticipated what would be needed to make guests comfortable and everything was perfect. We had everything provided that we would need. Accommodations were top notch. The beach was just a short walk away. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on the beach at all, so, we walked the neighborhoods instead. Everyone was very ftiendly and pleasant. A very good stay when all is said and done.

The pets enjoyed it, however the parking was an issue.

Our 2nd stay. We love the bldg, the location, and everything else about it. Great communication with our hosts. A wonderful vacation.

Our stay was absolute Heaven. The Cottage was perfect. We loved the short walk to the beach. Everything we could think of was provided. Ted was so easy to communicate with. We've been visiting The banana Cottage for years and never have a complaint. We can't wait to visit again!!

This was a great location, and the apartment was just right! It was so nice to be able to bring our dog with us.

The house was smaller than we thought but perfect for 2 people. Our son slept on the pull out couch. Not that comfortable but he made it for a few nights. We booked for the location anyways and it was PERFECT! A bonus was that it was across the street from a really good candy and ice cream shop :)

Cozy and quaint housing. The walk to the beach was easy and everything we needed was a short drive or walk. Loved the full Moon over the ocean. All in all, relaxing, renewing and lots of fun.

We attended a wedding in Jupiter Florida and Tybee was a half way back stopping point. Had to cut out a day early due to the winter storm in Virginia but we really enjoyed our time on Tybee - this unit was perfect for our three night stay We hope to go back sometime soon!

Good space, great location. Easy walk to the beach and also near a bike/cart rental space for longer excursions. Highly recommended for a couple looking for a cozy relaxing time.

I was visiting my son who attends SCAD who was homesick for mom and the dog! It was great to bring him “home” to chill and watch a Monty Python movie and just decompress from his studies and my work. Thank you for your comfortable cabana. We enjoyed it!

I wanted an authentic cottage for my city escape and this was exactly it. Easy to park, walkable to the best restaurant on the island (Sundae Cafe), ice cream, and bike rental (so you could explore the rest of the island). I loved that bringing my dog was not an issue with any extra paperwork or fees. My only complaint would be that the bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke from when guests smoke on the patio. Otherwise, I loved that the window units kept the place nice and chilly! I also loved that the fridge was sparkling clean and had fresh, clean ice!

The banana house was a great place to stay in Tybee, a few minutes from the beach and most rental places for bike, golf carts and a few good restaurants. Better than a hotel as you get your own space without all the hassles that comes with a hotel. There was clearly some thought and care put into the space and my wife and I enjoyed our stay and plan to use this place again in the future.

We survived Hurricane Debby. The Condo Banana was perfect. We were close to the ocean and enjoyed a walk on the beach before she hit. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

This was our third stay in this condo. We like the location, very close to the beach and nearby restaurants. The condo is as described and fits our need, since most of our time is at the beach!!
