Host was accommodating. Amenities were basic.

The place was great. Close to everything. Close enough to walk all the shops in town. Clean and comfy. Will definitely book again when I'm back in the area. Good communication

Great location, walking distance to everything. Scott was amazing and very hospitable and accommodating would stay here again and will in the future..

Host was responsive and helpful. The train passing through at night was a little loud, but aside from that it's a great location with easy access to fun little stores and coffee shops.

The property lacked extra pillows and blankets for the pullout bed. The check in code was incorrect at first. The neighborhood was nice; the property is near the train so be mindful that you will hear it often.

Needs to be refurbished.

Property was clean, however furnishings were dated. Very confusing exterior and interior door entry. When you arrive after dark its very difficult to see what you have to do to gain entry. Interior door didn't seem to be that secure. Its across the street from the train station which is clearly stated in the ad but the noise at all hours of the night is a bit overwhelming. Ear plugs were provided but some folks find it hard to sleep with ear plugs. Location was excellent for local restaurants and coffee shop.

Worked well for us. Nice to be able to walk to so much. Prime location. No complaints.

We loved this 2-bedroom apartment. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Location made it easy to walk everywhere in oldtown Fredericksburg, and a very short drive from everything else in the city. We highly recommend this VRBO for a couple or a family of 4-5 (sofa bed in the living room).
