Stayed May 14, 2025Had a pleasant, peaceful stay. The property manager was gracious, helpful, and communicative. The place was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed during the week and the home and the neighborhood were very quiet. The location is minutes from lots of cool restaurants and things to do/see, so it was a great spot to homebase from.

Stayed Apr 5, 2023The property is a great location if you are seeking a place close to downtown and museums. There's plenty of eating places close enough to walk to. I think that another person said it right when he said that the neighborhood is a little gritty but felt safe there. I would concur with that review. Please also know that this a house divided so you will have someone on the other side of the wall from you. We had someone who played loud music one night. Thankfully, they left the next day and the property manager was quick to respond to our concern.

Stayed Sep 16, 2022Space was great for Two sleeping in same bed. Suggest different mattress on Futon and set of sheets for it. Great stay, like iff street parking.

Stayed Aug 23, 2022Great property if you’re looking to be near some of the museums, botanical gardens, colleges and Alamo Heights. Quiet street, comfortable bed, meets basic kitchen needs and a decent shower. The bathroom is compact but perfect for a quick trip. The neighborhood is still gentrifying but felt safe overall! I didn’t love having to send my information separately to provide a security deposit, seems like something that could be done through VRBO. Overall, great property.
