Comfy, Stylish Apt. Near Uni's, Driveway

We loved staying here. Our son is at Tufts so great location. House was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Loved the decor too. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning and evening. Perfect stay!

We stayed a week in this lovely home. The home exceeded our expectations; it was clean, welcoming, functional, safe and well stocked. It felt like a home away from home. The owners, who live next store, were the best hosts. They communicated well and were very accommodating. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

The home and the hosts are wonderfully delightful. The home is beautiful and clean. We love staying at this home and appreciate the host’s thoughtfulness, attentiveness and friendliness. This is my go to spot in the Boston area.

Great place super close to Tufts Had everything one could want

The apartment was very nice, very clean, and well supplied. It is clear that the owner(s) put a lot of thought and effort into making the apartment a nice, comfortable place. The apartment is on the bottom floor of a three-story house and is a half a block from the campus of Tufts University. I think the owner(s) live above. The apartment was quiet, except for some student partying in the house next door one weekend night, but there are double-paned windows in the apartment so the noise was not bad. The walk from the apartment to Davis Square/Red Line or the green line of the T is about 20-25 minutes, which we did most days. Courtney the owner was very nice and checked-in to make sure everything was going well, which it was. There are two bedrooms with what may be considered Queen sized beds, but we found a little small for two adults, so I slept in the living room on the pull-out couch. Usually pull-out couches are uncomfortable, but his one was comfortable. The apartment is very well stocked with kitchen appliances, coffee machines, board games, books, and even some food items in the pantry. I have not seen a better stocked VRBO than this apartment. I would stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay. Not only did this property and host meet all of our needs they anticipated and fulfilled ones we didn’t realize we were going to have. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely my favorite stay in Boston

The apartment was fantastic: spotless, beautifully cozy, and perfectly located for our needs. It looked exactly like the photos. It was also equipped with everything we could possibly need while traveling. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home, thanks in large part to our wonderful hosts, Courtney and Peter, who were incredibly helpful and always available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality! We would highly recommend this apartment without hesitation!

This home was amazing. The location, cleanliness, and communication from the owner all were great. Truly the best VRBO we’ve stayed in. We were able to get into Boston easily driving or on the T. And the Somerville/Medford area was great too. Highly recommend this home.

We visited our daughter over the 4th of July. She lives a 10 minute walk from this awesome apartment. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need. Courtney and Peter were great with communication, information, and feedback. Our son wanted to play basketball on their goal, and Peter took the time to find the basketball and put air in it. They have decorated the apartment beautifully. Two good sized bedrooms and a pull out couch are available for sleeping. My wife, son ,and I used the two bed rooms. When our daughter spent the night one night, she slept on the pull out. You could comfortably sleep 5 or 6 here. The hosts had a wonderful welcome basket, seltzer waters in the fridge, and many staples available. The T station for the Green Line is a 10 minute walk away. The walk is hilly, so wear good shoes! Ubers were less than a 7 minute wait every time. The airport is 15 minutes away. So, you can get into the city quickly, but the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood to get away from the hustle of the city when you are ready to relax. We are already planning our next trip, and will definitely try to book this property again.
