• Coastal Wind & Door Suction Notice: High-velocity oceanfront winds create intense drafts. Never open the hallway entry door and the balcony sliding door at the same time, as doors may slam shut with extreme force. Always ensure the front door is securely shut before opening the balcony sliding door.
• Key Policy: Guests receive property keys at check-in; please safeguard them, as a $100 replacement fee applies for each unreturned or lost key.
• Unit Care: Please ensure all guests are dry and sand-free before using beds or furniture.
• Community Policies: Please follow all Harbour Beach Resort HOA quiet hours and smoke-free rules. All kitchenware and towels (except pool towels) must remain in the unit.
