Stayed Sep 7, 2024This was a very nice apartment in a great location but unfortunately the building has a policy of allowing music to be played until 24.00 midnight WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS. We had a group of teenagers move into the apartment next door for part of our stay and the first thing they did was set up large loudspeakers that they had brought with them and proceeded to play loud dance music. I complained to them about the noise at 23.00 hrs in the evening before I knew about the midnight regulation.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024Lovely, fully equipped. Great panoramic views . Lift broke after the storm and didn’t come back on so some might struggle but it is a penthouse apartment so view and sunrise was worth it !

Stayed May 1, 2021We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Our highlight: the stunning and huge terrace with amazing views on the sea! The rooms were nice and clean with sea view from each of them. Very cozy place! Loved it!

Stayed Oct 22, 2019Great location and super view of the ocean. A well facilitised apartment that had some shortcomings. Firstly the air-conditioning advertised was not really up to the job in October with temperatures at around 20 degrees. This was reinforced by the existence of large fans throughout, which must be really utilised in the Summer. Secondly, the English language version of the advert claimed there was satellite TV, which there is, but it is overwhelmingly German speaking with less than 10 English speaking channels. And finally, the security to the street was very poor, as the glass front door did not self close. This left anyone being able to enter the block at any time. We reported this early but nothing was done to improve the situation. Having said this we had a good week.
