This furnished apartment offers a comfortable setup with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The living area includes comfortable seating and a TV, while the kitchen comes equipped with appliances and everyday essentials. A dedicated dining area provides a convenient place for meals, and the bedrooms offer comfortable beds and storage. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower.

The community offers a variety of convenient amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, laundry facilities, playground, clubhouse, and grilling area. Residents can also enjoy 24-hour access and a dedicated pet play area.

The apartment features a bright, open layout with soft gray walls, crisp white trim, and warm wood-style flooring throughout. Rich reddish-brown cabinetry brings warmth to the kitchen, while black appliances and furnishings add contrast. **Pet Policy**

* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community

**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.

**Maintenance Access**

* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.

**Occupants & Guest Policy**

* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home

**Mailbox Access**

* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit

**Community Guidelines**

* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
